I bought a pair of lime green distressed Bermuda shorts. When I open the package up the zipper was broken. This was the first time ordering from Asoph website. I will not be ordering again because, there is not a store I can take them back to. So, I had to spend extra money just to put a good zipper n the pants

I purchase 5 pairs of jeans from asoph in the size 3x and none of the jeans fit. asoph are not true to size like they claim to be. I feel if your trying to make items to target towards plus size/ curvy females, asoph items should be true to size. please do not purchase from them they are not true to size this is my first and last time buying from them.

5-Star Customer Service Saves the Day!
Items were NOT “true to size.” Could not fit four of the five items, and yes I know my correct size. Disappointing experience. I emailed their customer service team-no response as of today.
6/12/19 Update: I heard from Customer Service, and they have been so diligent about resolving this matter and improving my view of their company. They have offered refund, exchange and even to assist me with getting the right size. Definitely more than I expected. For that reason - EXCELLENT customer service - I adjusted the score from "1" to "4." Customer service goes a LONG way with me.

First Purchase
I ordered a dress for the first time from Asoph. I wasn't sure about the sizing, but took a chance. The dress was absolutely beautiful! It was just as described and pictured. I had to pay extra for 2 day shipping...wish they were connected to ShopRunner.
I will definitely order again.
