Aspire eCig UK Avis 

Ordered coils, don't fit,received quickly, no complaints there. I emailed 2 different email addresses linked to them, as yet no reply. Thankfully I've found what the problem is myself. Orders received in time but customer service very questionable.

Just an awful company with awful customer service. Bought one of their new vapes in April and then another in May after the first one broke. Same problem with the second one. Their customer service was next to useless and don't bank on their UK vendors to help you - they don't reply. Don't use this company. I've since purchased another vape and have had no problems with it in 6 months. A far better quality brand. Aspire are just poor quality.

SCAMMERS!!!! These people have set up a website using a url similar to aspire official. They claim on their front page they are authorised aspire resellers/agents and that if you buy from them you are guaranteed genuine products. ITS ALL LIES!!! Alarm bells rang when I received the paypal receipt and saw their pp email address was liquid ecig lol so I then checked here and saw that ONE THIRD of all reviews on here stated they were selling fake/counterfeit goods. I then contacted aspire's worldwide head office and they assured me they were not affiliated with them in any way and that their legal department were taking legal action against them. As soon as I saw that the pp email address was dodgy and read here about their goods I sent an email cancelling the order which was at 5am but, of course, they ignored it and sent the 2 packets of coils next day (a FORCED sale). To make themselves look genuine they even charge full price for the coils instead of the usual £5 a packet you get from the scammers on ebay. I returned the coils unopened by recorded delivery and of course there was no refund forthcoming so I had to make a pp claim and of course pp found in my favour and refunded my money. STAY WELL AWAY FOLKS.....if you type "aspire copycat list" into google search engine it will take you to aspire's blacklist....scroll down to UK and you will see their name on the blacklist 2nd from the end. If you search for Aspire's contact link while there and email them they will tell you the 3 official shops in the uk.

IN ANSWER TO THEIR REPLY:- Aspire official stated they were scammers and were NOT official aspire resellers.
They did not refund me until paypal interveined and made them.
They also made a complaint to trustpilot because I provided a link to aspire officials website blacklist of fake companies which they are on lol (you cant put links on here)
I don't pay £5 a packet for coils I pay double that....I already stated that the scammers charge that but to make yourself look genuine you charge "very near" to the retail price!!!

Bought an aspire gusto but very disappointed with the cost of the refills , only 2mg each and averages roughly £3.33 a refill which doesn’t last very long , nice device but terrible cost to maintain

Purchased a Nautilus GT from E-cig delivered next day but leaked very badly from tank.

E-cig suggested talk to Aspire about the problem as product new to market and they were unsure of a solution or problem.

Aspire were less than helpful, I supplied video, pics and a detailed report of the leaking Tank, all Aspire wanted was to validate the authenticity, not interested that the product was not fit for purpose. The Scratch check also did not work so impossible to validate," Great engineering idea "poorly executed".

E-Cig replaced unit with one email and photo and no drama's next day.

Aspire was not bothered so next time "nor shall I"

I trust they will not respond or I will load video of product!!!!

The aspire nautilus gt mini is so much better than the full size gt as it does not leak every where

bought some coils for my nautilus from aspire e cig recently and managed to get a 5 ml replacement Pyrex glass, great service and price, will definitely buy from this company in future

I have been vaped for years, recently my past 2 boxes of genuine aspire cleito 120 mesh coils have all been unusable. These are not cheap! This seems to be a reoccurring problem now as when asking friends who use them they have also mentioned having a box of "duds".

This company went above and beyond in these difficult times to sort out a problem with my order (which was caused by the Royal Mail, obviously due to Covid-19).
I wasn't expecting such a professional and timely response, but would like to thank Aspire eCig UK for providing such,
When times are back to normal, I will certainly be using their services again.
Can't recommend this site enough for customer service and resolution.

On my second Odan tank and really not impressed!!! Second one now that the lid seal buckled out, no way I know of taking lid apart to put seal back in place.

Always buy Aspire as its normally a quality product, this has put me off.

Bought an aspire nautilus tank - 50 us bucks here in Denmark... Excellent smoke and taste but that doesn't matter at all, when the burner unscrews inside the chamber every time you try to fill it!!

Bought two batteries from them, both died in a little under two months, usually as a light user I get 6-9 months from them.

I sent an email asking for an exchange, 6 months on and I'm still waiting for a response.

Four out of every 5 coils in a box of coils don't work

Ordered a 5 pack of coils and everyone of them was rubbish (they where like the ones I normally use but where at the stage when you know it needs changing as though they had been used before) emailed customer service....no reply, I've just emailed them again this morning to see if I get a reply to this one. I certainly wont be buying from them again

Found the new Odan tank cheaper buying direct with the other 2 tank glass options included. Very quick delivery and they put some little sweets in my order which the kids ate whilst I was unwrapping my Tank :) Will certainly order directly with Aspire uk again
