Bought a 2&3 seater leather sofa from Aspire Store online from B&Q I am so delighted with my purchase the quality has exceeded my expectations it looks fantastic Delivery was quick and even allow it came boxed i was able to unpack and put together myself as my hubby has been ill

Ryan Simpson is the worst customer service person

I purchased a mattress for my little boy 12 months ago, a jagged bar broke through the mattress and injured my son which resulted in hospital treatment.
Ryan had no sympathy whatsoever no support he just told me that it’s out of warranty after only 12 months! I only asked for collection and refund! Ryan is the worst customer service I have ever come across, Aspire are disgusting to sell dangerous mattresses! Check your children are safe with Aspire Mattresses .
I have been offered a replacement but I have refused due to loss of confidence in Aspire mattresses, further more due to delays in communication to me. I have already replaced the mattress with a higher quality mattress, my son can’t sleep on the floor.

Very confy Mattress

Shocking company AVOID

Shocking company, I brought an ottoman bed via Argos last October and the one piston arm completely snapped the tiny piece of wood that was holding it up causing the bed to collapse in the night with my baby and I asleep on it.
Luke who is apparently a senior member hasn’t even apologised and insisting that I have to accept spare parts being sent out rather than being able to return it for a refund.
Unfortunately there are now many similar reviews on the Argos website which had they been there I certainly wouldn’t have brought this.
So if you expect your furniture to last longer than a year don’t buy from aspire.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how upsetting it must have been for the bed to fail while you and your baby were asleep. Safety is our top priority, and we regret the distress this situation has caused.

We have been in contact to review the issue and, in line with the warranty terms that apply after six months of ownership, we have offered replacement parts to resolve the fault as quickly as possible. As the purchase was made through Argos, any request for a return or refund would also need to follow their returns process and the terms of sale agreed at the time of purchase.

That said, we do appreciate your concerns, and our intention has never been to dismiss them. We remain committed to helping you resolve the issue and get the bed back to full working order as quickly as possible.

Fabulous, quality bed with huge storage a perfect fit!

Fabulous, beautiful bed frame which my daughter loves. Classy, quality oak finish and absolutely huge storage underneath which fits her ever growing shoe collection perfectly! Quite easy to assemble and feels really robust. We purchased a small double ottoman but it feels so much bigger, Delivery was quick only a couple of days from ordering online. Great value for money, really pleased with our purchase.

Faulty mattress

Faulty mattress

On 13 March 2026, I submitted six photographs as evidence, which were clearly sufficient to demonstrate the issue. However, senior luke refused to accept them. This is inconsistent with the information stated publicly, as different information was communicated to me privately

As always, we appreciate your feedback. However, the points you have raised have already been addressed in detail through our previous email correspondence. As you are aware, both the retailer and ourselves have clearly outlined—on a number of occasions—what is required to progress your case, and we have made every effort to communicate this as clearly and simply as possible.

In order to move this forward, we do require the requested information. Once this has been provided, we will be able to carry out a further assessment of the issue you have raised. Both the retailer and Aspire are keen to bring this matter to a prompt resolution and are therefore awaiting the required information from you.

Until then, our position remains unchanged, as we are unable to proceed without the necessary evidence.

We remain available to assist as soon as this information is received.

Slow response. Awaiting collection and refund.

Received mattress quicker than expected however when we inspected it there were dirty marks on it. We contacted Customer Service and they requested photos. They also said they would collect the mattress on a day of the week that would be good for us. I was really pleased but having sent the photos it’s all gone very quiet and I have heard nothing more about the collection or refund. At this point it’s stopping us getting on with preparing a room for my Mum to stay whilst she is recovering from an Operation. We have therefore had to go elsewhere for a replacement to ensure we get it in time however we have now paid for 2 mattresses and we need the refund!
Update: I telephoned Aspire and spoke to Luke in Customer Services and I am pleased to say that all is now hopefully sorted and I cannot fault the Customer Service I received. They were not happy either that the mattress arrived damaged - these things happen. Based on the Customer Setvice I received I would purchase from Aspure again.

I’m pleased to hear your mattress arrived promptly, but it’s completely unacceptable that it was not in perfect condition on arrival. More importantly, I sincerely apologise for the lack of follow-up after you provided the requested photos. This was not intentional—unfortunately, due to an error in our system, your email was incorrectly filtered and did not reach our team for action. I appreciate how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, especially given the time-sensitive circumstances of preparing a room for your Mum’s recovery.

We completely understand why you needed to purchase an alternative mattress, and we are very sorry that this situation left you out of pocket. Thankfully, we were able to correct this issue for you when you reached out to us regarding the delays. I understand a collection has now been arranged to remove the damaged mattress.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, I sincerely apologise for both the product issue and the communication breakdown.
