Terrible service I feel im being scammed I still have not received my check ,they said the allegedly sent it Wednesday that just passed and today is Saturdayso we’ll see it’s been way more than 14 days and you. Any speak to anyone else but the same to sketchy women smh

The message response was replied immediately. My issue was resolved great costumer service..

I called CS before asking for a shipping label and she confirmed they they excepted Cleo 90 infusion sets and I would receive $20 per box. When I received my invoice - I received nothing for 6 boxes.
The next CS rep was very short with me & not helpful so I ask to speak with a supervisor.
Jay was very understanding and helped work through the mud information I had received and said she would escalate to her boss to try to get it resolved.
Jay’s attitude was caring and I believe she did what she was authorized to do but now I will have to see if the issues of my six missing unpaid boxes will resolve in a positive outcome

Jay was very helpful today. I was not expecting my call to be so easy.

I send in Medtronic Guardian 4 {5 Pack}. I received only 10 dollars instead of 40 dollars.
