I have purchased a necklace on the 18th…
I have purchased a necklace on the 18th September. The necklace still hasn’t arrived and was told it would be 2-3 days delivery. Been in touch with customer services who say it’s due to Royal Mail delivery. This necklace was needed for the 29th September and looks like it’s not going to arrive. Have contacted customer service again and have been told that I should contact Royal Mail. Feel that it should be up the then to check on my order and see where it has gone

Absolutely love my necklaces and always have comments on how beautiful they look. I have both the gold rope chain with everyday caribiner and the small diamante cross. I loved it so much I asked my Mum to buy me the pearl and gold choker. Which is my absolute fave! I love how you can mix and match and how I know they won't tarnish. They may seem a bit pricey when you buy but the quality is definitely there. Also postage and delivery was spot on and they arrived very quickly. Can't fault any of the process really! Gorgeous jewelry. I'll definitely be buying more!
