Great Job done, Ben is very knowledgeable and has done solar panels for myself and 2 other family members.

From initial enquiry to installation in less than 6 weeks. Great experience from Ben and the team. Supported with set up and even after installation continued to offer support. Would not hesitate to recommend Australis Solar, for both price and experience.

We had our installation done a few weeks ago now. I would recommend Astralis to anyone looking for a professional knowledge and generally all round helpful company.

Ben is a credit to his work and if you are reading this, stop, pick up your phone and for him a call, nothing was to much trouble for him.

Had a really positive experience with this company. Ben gave us very good advice on what system would suit our house and our needs, and gave us different options to think about.
The installation was done quickly and to a very good standard, everything looks neat and tidy both inside and outside.
All of the paperwork was dealt with for us and returned quickly so that we could register with our supplier. We were also given guidance on what we needed to look for and do in terms of switching tariffs.

Ben was really great at explaining everything, how the system worked, sorting out the paperwork. He was quick and efficient when it came to installing the panels and the battery/inverter etc. he has a wealth of knowledge about solar and I would highly recommend his company, I am very pleased with my system and can already see the benefits

Great company to work with. One of the few that actually listened to what I wanted and accommodated. Also built a custom enclusure so one of the visible arrays looked good. Great pricing and even travelled 3 hours to fix a fault I had. Would use them again.

Brilliant installation by Ben. Really thought about things... best way to route cables, etc. Nothing was too much trouble to get everything just right. I'd definitely recommend him to anybody.

Fitting of the panels was perfect and quick. Minor issue and errors with paperwork delayed things after the installation

We chose Astralis Solar as not only are they a local business but we know Ben and trust him.
Ben was very good through the initial scoping phase, giving us plenty of options to choose from and not pressuring us to choose a particular one. He also kept us upto date with when the products would be available and swiftly arranged a date to come and install the charger.
As the new car was not arriving for a few weeks Ben then went above and beyond by bringing his own EV vehicle round to test the charger for us to ensure we were happy it was working as it should.
A very positive experience and we would highly recommend.

Ben has done our solar panels, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is not a sales man, he designs a system unique to you, he actually measures your roof ( hes like a ninja up there) and advices on the best Bespoke system for you, he offers advice answers questions and guides you. If your looking for Solar panels give him a ring, local middlewich company, We are extremely pleased with the service from Ben and the after care is exceptional.

Astralis Solar recently completed a bespoke solar and battery installation in my home. My house has a complicated roof shape, however, Ben managed to design a system tailored to my requirements and at a competitive price. The installation process was excellent and really respectful of my home; Ben communicated with me really clearly about the process and the space needed for the inverter and battery. At the end of the installation Ben took the time to go through what everything was and demonstrated how to use the app to monitor my production and manage my battery. For aftercare Ben has checked in with me that I am happy with the system and understand the app. Overall, I am really happy with the install, it was professionally performed with no problems, and it is great to see the electricity I am generating! I am very happy to recommend Astralis Solar to anyone looking for a solar or battery install.  

Ben was super responsive to every question we had and kept us informed at every stage which was really important when it’s any area of tech you know nothing about. We would highly recommend his service and will have no problems in retaining him for maintenance in the future.

Great chap came to clean and advise me on our solar panels after having a few issues with bad companies. Very honest, polite and hard working will certainly keep his number for further use.

Great advice, service, after install support. Delighted with the results and performance. Throughout the design and install I felt I was getting good advice for what was right for me, rather than opportunistic upsell. After install, they were really efficient in responding to questions or requests for help.

Ben walked us through the best options and gave clear quotations including warranty period and any degradation on the storage solution.
Arrived on site when he said explained the installation and gave a comprehensive handover, all the waste was taken away with Ben.
