Dado que te encuentras en España, creemos que podrías estar refiriéndote a cargos de aduana. Estos cargos los aplican las autoridades aduaneras del país de destino y son completamente ajenos a nosotros.
Estamos registrados en el sistema IOSS, lo que significa que los impuestos y tasas se pagan por adelantado en pedidos de hasta 150 €. Para pedidos superiores a 150 €, pueden aplicarse cargos de aduana según la normativa local, algo que está fuera de nuestro control.
Para pedidos inferiores a 150 €, no deberían aplicarse cargos adicionales. Si tu pedido estaba por debajo de ese importe, es probable que el cargo se haya aplicado por error por parte del servicio postal local.

Brilliant - above & beyond customer care !

I have a beautiful necklace from Astralumiere - much admired by lots of friends and strangers ! Sadly the stone in my beautiful star pendant fell out the company sent me a replacement and a pair of earrings for the inconvenience- amazingly kind and generous
Several months of daily wear the same thing has happened and the company have once again gone beyond their responsibility to apologise and they have refunded me explaining that this setting had proven not strong enough. So they have suspended that pendant until made more secure … they offered me another pendant free of charge and had refund not just the pendant but also my necklace - this really goes above and beyond customer care …
I will be spending my refund on some other pendants as I love the product and there are so many beautiful pendants to choose from.

If only more companies had this level of care and professionalism.

They are absolutely brilliant! And the jewelois some of the best dress jewellery I have had the pleasure of owning … can’t wait for the new improved star charm pendant but for now I will be exploring their other pendants - can’t wait !

I ordered a necklace with three charms.
The package arrived beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately one of the charms was missing. I emailed the company and they responded immediately and apologised for any inconvenience. They sent an immediate replacement and an extra gift of a pair of earrings which was a lovely surprise. The jewellery is excellent and it’s a bonus that it will not tarnish. I’ve wore it a few times and every time I do people comment on how lovely it is. Highly recommend this company and their beautiful jewellery 😀

customer service is good, quality not so much

Their customer service is really good however the quality of their jewellery just isn’t there. I bought a carabiner necklace with 3 charms. The North Star charm I bought broke within a few days - this is where customer service comes in, they were really good and sent me a new one with a gift to replace it. ….. only for it to break a week later. I just couldnt be bothered to speak with them about it. The carabiner of the necklace unscrews itself and I often find that the necklace is loose around y neck and the charms are there by miracle. The letter on my charm has also broken off so that’s gone forever as well. I know this sounds like I’m climbing Everest in this necklace but I’m really not this is all in day to day wear which is really disappointing.

We're also really sorry to hear you experienced further issues after we sent over your new North Star charm. That's certainly not the standard we expect from our jewellery, especially with normal day to day wear. Once we became aware there were further issues, we went ahead and processed a full refund and sent a fresh set of replacements, including a new necklace and an alternative to the North Star. We take feedback like this seriously, so we’ve also paused production of that pendant while we review and strengthen the setting with our manufacturer. Quality and customer experience are incredibly important to us, and if something isn’t right, we will always repair, replace or refund as standard.

Amazing customer service

The necklace and charms are beautiful! But more importantly, the customer service was second to none! There was an issue with Royal Mail and the parcel was delayed but as soon as I contacted the company it was dealt with so quickly and super friendly! Katie is an example of what customer service should be like everywhere. I will definitely purchase from them again and what could have been a bad experience was turned into such a lovely interaction and rectified amazingly. Great company and beautiful jewellery! Would recommend highly!

Amazing!

I recently ordered the biscuit charm necklace and I'm so impressed by the quality! The charms have a nice weight to them so they feel really high quality. Katie the owner was also super helpful when I had an issue with customs clearance. Will definitely be ordering again!

Placed an order just after xmas…

Placed an order just after xmas unfortunately something went wrong with royal mail nothing to do with the company. As soon as I spoke with Katie her customer service was amazing. She replied to my email in less than 24 hours. Resent my order and promised id have it by friday or Saturday. She sent me new tracking info.
Customer service is second to none and Katie made my experience so good.

The jewellery is beautiful and so different I ordered some of the biscuit charms as they reminded me of my late grandmother. The charms are so beautiful and so details. Will definitely be placing another order.

Sensational Biscuit Collection!!!

Ordered a set of 3 biscuit collection charms and the oval link clasp chain. Really happy to take up their offer of buy 2 and get 1 free on charms - I bought Custard Cream, Bourbon and Rich Tea. I am also now considering buying the ‘Nice’ biscuit and only because I regret not buying that one too now

Items all arrived really well packaged securely and delivered within 48 hours. The chain was in a logo gift box with a ribbon and the charms came in really high quality plain (no logo) drawstring gift bags

The custard cream charm is more 3D, textured and double sided and the others are not. Personally, it would have been great if all the biscuit charms were like this - the others are flat with no texture effect, still beautiful pieces - so very happy

The biscuit collection set looks absolutely stunning on and easy to see how these went viral on all social media

I got 20% off my entire order with a discount code and love them all. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic!!

Absolutely beautiful jewellery, such good quality and value, I am over the moon with my new pieces and can’t wait to start wearing them! I had to contact customer service due to a mistake I’d made with shipping, they couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly in sorting it out, and also sent me a freebee with my order which was amazing and so appreciated! Due to failings of Royal Mail I contacted the company for guidance, their customer service is second to none. Katie not only replied swiftly but also organised a replacement and kept me informed every step of the way.
