Its a good website to make purchases within your budget. Products were delivered within the given timeframe. Packaging was okay but it could use some more shielding especially for clothes. The customer support is responsive but it takes time. They are knowledgeable and helpful. The choice of products is vast and the website is easy to move around. Payment portal is easy and efficient.

I bought a keychain off of Etsy, turns out it was astrobargain. I payed $12-15 for the keychain and then 3 days later charged $30 for a “VIP subscription”(without my knowledge or consent) I’m sure they have some sneaky Pete fine print but yeah, good companies don’t rely on tricking their customers for money.

If you see this company charged to your account report immediately to your bank don’t call them don’t ask why it’s a scam company

Idont know who you are or y my bank was charged 29.99 I did not authorize this so correct my bank acct back the money or I will take other actions against you

Been waitin on this purchase for a month now and I still don't have it with me right now. Each email I received back from them, they never answered my question but just ignore and stall more time.

No communication, No Updates. Tried to support a small business but 3/4 weeks of no communication is crazyyy

I've never heard of a business automatically enrolling you into their VIP program from just placing an order. Which costs $30 btw. SMH what even is VIP about it, a month later and still no tracking.

Belico.astrobargain.com working with astrobargain.com to deceive customers into automatically signing up for a $29.99 per month membership at checkout without notifying. Belico hats did not ship my item OR provide tracking # after 5 weeks! But they did remember to charge my credit card after automatically signing me up for their membership without asking for prior authorization.
