Joe at Astrobyte could not have been more helpful. He spent a long time resolving all the issues that had built up over time and my computers, Mac, iPad and phone are all synced and working perfectly. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Really good service

Treating the old with respect
I called upon ASTROBYTE a few weeks ago I was having problems with my laptop he came to my house but, he said for him to be able to do a proper job he would have to take it away, this he did and when he brought it back two days later it was working better than ever a great job at a fair price.Now yesterday I was having problems on a personal matter I had to send a passport photo no idea how to do it called JOSEPH AT ASTROBYTE because I knew that I could trust him, he came to my house sorted it. A good first class company you can trust.

Helped me spec up a new laptop
Helped me spec up and choose a new laptop after a quick conversation. We talked through all the things I’d be using the laptop for and Joe went and found multiple good examples within my budget, along with talking me through why each one would be good for what I wanted. Joe went well above expectations and was helpful throughout!

Patiently sorted
Joe, from Astrobyte patiently sorted out the problem with my Mac book which was blocking certain web sites and links. Previously I had not found anyone to deal with a Mac product. Excellent service.

Joe transferred all the data from our old lap top which had “died” to our new one, he certainly knows his stuff, did it in 2 days. He is very courteous, professional and friendly, we will certainly use him again. We highly recommend him.
