Been using them for years and never had an issue. Support is always on point and helpful. Had many successful withdraws including some large ones. Always been professional and correct. Highly recommended and trustworthy!

write this because I believe that they are not responsible when communicating with their clients. On July 11, I made a deposit and at the moment it is in the air, I have communicated on several occasions through their only method of customer service via WhatsApp and what they say is that they are in the process of integrating with their new PSP provider. The problem they have is that they do not communicate before receiving or requesting new clients that they are in this integration process and that their deposits will not be reflected. You have to be careful with them at this time and not deposit your money because it can end up in the air like mine.

Please stay away from this firm..I should have learned my lesson the first time when I requested a payout and it took a week and half to get my payout. They only process payouts twice a week now.

I’m now having another issue with the money that I deposited into my account. It’s been 24 hours and it’s still showing pending approval. I messaged customer service who is now using WhatsApp instead of creating a ticket on the website and they tell me before they will investigate or create a ticket for someone to look into it. I must send them a selfie of me holding my ID and a piece of paper with my email and date on it..

I understand if I was inquiring about a withdrawal that I did not receive but I’m asking about money that I sent to their firm.

STAY AWAY FROM ATHENS!

Be aware! This entire platform and its support and brokers are FAKE! They’re stealing g people’s money and tell you to keep investing for bigger returns. They show you a fake account dashboard, and you get excited seeing your $1000 BTC investment grow. Then they have you hooked and you do another $2000. But before that, after your first investment they force you to “buy” a trading bot. Then all the sudden your numbers go up hugely. Then out of no where, the trading stops and your “account manager” goes silent. Then after 25-30 messages to their support team- or alleged support team, they give you some random spiritual quote for you too be strong and stay in it with them. And then when you’ve had enough of their BS, you want your money back, they say you must pay a “cost of transaction” fee of another $2000. Needless to say, these guys are scammers and thankfully- they are now under federal investigation! DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, they will steal every penny you have!

Athens Markets Lab, they keep asking for more "Maintenance Fees", "oh this will be the last one then you can withdrawal your funds". It is all lies. My investment grew to a supposed 105K and then asked for yet another "Maintenance Fee". When I asked to just close my account and give me my investment back and you guys can keep the rest. They said all you can withdrawal at this time is less than $100.00. Hmmm 105K earned but I can only withdrawal less than $100.00. In addition, I just learned they hacked a friends Facebook account, completely took it over and have been scamming all his FB friends for the past 3 months. When I confronted them, the either blocked me or deleted the account. Don't just walk, run away from these scammers!

I will say at least they respond when you have questions. But their app to trade with is glitchy and always freezes and literally shut down on me mid trade. I asked them what happened and they said their servers are down. When I went to withdraw funds they said their server issue is not allowing me to withdraw and thats why I can't make a withdraw. It's been a nightmare and seems atp like a scam. When I ask for a time frame they said they don't know. If you go to their IG there are several claims that people haven't received their money for months. So you can respond all day and saying you are looking into an issue but if it never gets fixed and you're taking peoples money it's a scam. I truly don't think they car. This is the first time I've written a review on a business and this experience was horrible. Be very careful really listen to people and what they say. Heard it used to be a good company but look at recent reviews...they are not good. Steer clear of them at all cost

It’s absolutely disappointing,I been using this broker for year, everything was good so far, and they discontinued mt5 and switched to pro trading app ,pro trading app is trash,you have to set u r indicator all the time ,u can’t not save the indicator, and this trash pro trading app do not show where i execute my trade ,and I am us trader we have to file the Tex every year ,I ask help for simple trading history and they still haven’t send me , if they r no switching back to mt5 or they don’t provided simple document its not worth it to use this broker

I have read many of the comments and from my knowledge of what’s been happening with mt is that they are currently removing all unregulated brokers from their app and it’s not Athens fault that it’s not working or you can’t sign in lots of brokers have been removed from meta trader and not Athens fault. I’m currently signing up for Athens, I came from ospreyfx and they have had multiple issues but I see something in Athens that I don’t see in osprey fx. Anyways it’s not Athens fault meta trader isn’t working they have just been removed and switched to another app

I really liked AthensMarkets. Their support was amazing. Above and beyond! Early December I started receiving emails a big update and feature deployment was coming. I closed all my trades and withdrew my funds. After the big update I can no longer login to their website, The AthensMarkets charts on my virtual server no longer update. The MT4 and MT5 apps on my phone now say the AthensMarkets accounts are invalid. Feel left in the dark as to what happened. Glad I had the foresight to withdraw my funds as a precaution before the big update. Disappointed in AthensMarkets with the lack of communication regarding this big update and exactly what happened. They were my favorite broker. Always so nice and helpful. I've moved on to another broker.

This was a good broker, they will response fast to solve issues, but now I am worry because a moth ago they send an email saying they will be doing some updates on their site and might take 8 to 10 days, i hope this is the case because i am not able to withdraw my money or log in to their website. If the sight was closed i hope they are responsible enough to return people's funds.

I have a problem I don't know why I can't find Athens broker on mt5 platform! does anyone know about this ?

I don't know why the ATHENSMARKETS server on MT5 isn't working for me at all. Does anyone experience this same issue? If you do kindly tell me how the issue was resolved.

For some reason Athens Market isn't accepting United States clients now. My friend registered and made an account about a month ago, and I just tried registering today, and it's saying "Unfortunately we do not accept clients from this country"

I had absolutely no problem with this broker. I like their Pro Accounts, where most of the time the spread is super tight. I have also just withdrawn some of my profit and it was approved for about 2, 3 hours...
Everything is just fine.
