ATK were great. Quick with contact whether it was emails or phone calls.
They came out to assess the amount of furniture and were good at giving tips on packaging and even gave me packaging to wrap breakables.
They are well organised and have a friendly team. Delivering my stuff 5 hours away to Cornwall was no issue.

When let down by original removers, got in touch with ATK. Dan was great, very reassuring and they fitted me into their busy schedule. On the day Pete and Finn were brilliant. Lovely hard working men, who were a pleasure to meet. They made me feel very relaxed on what could have been a stressful day. Big, big thank you to them. So glad original people let me down!! Amidst really bad weather these guys did a difficult unusual job with weird shaped large pieces up 4 flights of stairs ! They were amazing and took great care. Professional , excellent, organised , communicative. Can't thank them enough

ATK were extremely professional, very efficient and on the ball, making good decisions quickly. They are a really excellent company all round. All the staff were constantly helpful, cheerful and polite, making the stressful experience of a move so much easier. The staff on the organisation side were endlessly patient with our dates that kept changing as the house transactions wobbled. Everything arrived perfectly without any bumps or breakages and the van arrived right on schedule. From start to finish, fantastic. I was able to send them videos of the rooms, let them know what we wanted moving, and discuss dates and pricing all very swiftly. The team were very communicative, informative and helpful. We set a budget and ATK were very close, we ended up with them simply because of the professionalism we experienced. Then the packers and movers, great team. Very helpful and understanding from the start, they made everything very easy, and were clean, tidy and respectful in both properties. We don’t plan on moving again, but if we do, we won’t think twice about who to use.
