There are always room for Improvements
Since I started working with Atlas, Dec 2025, I was handled by a team with lots of learning opportunity to provide to you. Opportunities to learn and equipped yourself on this field. Guided by people who are willing to teach you on the best way they can. There are sometimes issues that encountered as I continue work with them, but they were addressed and resolved one at time. There are things that needs to be improved with the Atlas Capture but, one thing I know for sure is that, with them, I am learning, supported and earning enough to pay my bills. Support should come in both ways, from employee and to all the people you ended working with. But as long as we worked together, there are always room for improvements for both.

I'm not sure if the site is legit or not that's why I gave it 3 star. I've completed Tier 1 for weeks now. Been watching YouTube videos on how to advance to Tier3, then found out it's through discord workshop or whatever. To join the workshop is a problem because no specific time is set for it. It's just random. It's kinda frustrating. After the Tier1 test, I feel there should be a link to a form or something to just take the T3 test instead going through discord or whatever.

Great Opportunity
Atlas Capture provides a fantastic opportunity for people to contribute to training AI while earning from the comfort of home.
The flexibility is a huge plus, letting you balance your own pace with high-quality work. With a little focus and consistency, the earnings are both reliable and rewarding.
While the app occasionally has a few glitches or technical issues, they are fixed quickly. You can get help immediately through the in-app support or via Discord, which makes a huge difference.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Atlas Capture is a scam. Atlas refused to pay me since February, then demoted my account and permanently banned me. I don't even want to talk about the low that is completely different from what's in the agreement...

"Hi Bolaji, we want to be transparent. AtlasCapture is not a scam and we do not withhold payments from contractors who have completed qualifying work in good standing. Account demotions and permanent bans are the result of documented violations of our contractor terms and are never applied without cause.
If you believe your case was handled incorrectly, we genuinely encourage you to reach out to us directly through Discord or r/atlas_capture with your account details so we can review what happened. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns through the proper channels.
Atlas Capture is a good program
Atlas Capture is a good program, I currently use Luel and Atlas Capture for data labelling and contributing. The payouts are a bit slow which is disappointing and sometimes there are issues too. However, I would still recommend people to use it!

Just to clarify, Tier 1 episodes are GT trial episodes that serve as your evaluation test and are not paid tasks, so the $0.00/min rate is expected at this stage. Regarding your feedback page showing 0/5, evaluation reviews can take some time depending on the current volume of applicants so please bear with us.

Tier 1 audit duration
If Zero rate was available, I would give it to atlas capture. If you choose frustrations, then atlas capture will serve you 1000%. Firstly, you cannot contact them. No support, no email, no phone, just there to do their things. In their system, you will see 3 days for review in Tier 1, now its a month plus. They have disabled tier 1 task, without notice or any communication. In discord, there is nothing. Whenever I click reserve, I get "Tier 1 production labeling is disabled. Tier 1 access is limited to GT trial episodes."
My concerns;
1. Why disable without notice?
2. Where are these GT trial episodes?
3. How do one reach the support?
4. How long should one wait for audit of tier 1?

Hi there, we understand the frustration and want to clear things up.
Tier 1 is essentially a testing phase. The episodes available at this stage are GT trial episodes which act as evaluations to assess your skills before you are cleared for paid production work. These are not paid tasks as they are part of the assessment process.
Once you complete your GT episodes you are placed into an evaluation queue. Wait times can vary depending on the current volume of applicants, so we appreciate your patience during this period.
For support, our Discord server has dedicated channels specifically for Tier 1 questions where you can get guidance from our team. You are also welcome to reach out to our moderators directly on our Reddit community at r/atlas_capture and we will be happy to assist you there.
We hope this clears things up and we look forward to getting you through evaluation!

Spend time earning real money

Sh*t company, save yourself, don't waste your time here they will suspended you for no reason on payday, pay few individuals and say they pay. They will say payment is rolling be patient and you will wait for centuries.Their staff members are controlled by emotions, if you defend your rights they will ban you.You get suspended depending how the staff member feels that day.The community is not organized as a professional organization.From tasks to payments it is all chaos.
