The atlas project has truly changed my life forever. As a “successful” (this word varies in meaning so much but with a great career, supporting myself solo in every aspect of my life) young adult who’s attended many leadership trainings, I was introduced to this project about a year ago and attended my training in September, recently completing it. I learned things about myself I never imagined and have now successfully pushed all of the obstacles I was putting infront of myself out of my way to reach my goals. I would recommend this self development, emotional intelligence training to everyone - any age, any life point. It has truly been remarkable to see how much I’ve grown in so many aspects of my life in 4 short months. Thank you, Atlas Project.

Being a female combat veteran, I was living with intense PTSD, anxiety, depression for years. After going through The Atlas Project, I am now living with a new perspective on life. Love and connections with true friends has supported me in having almost no anxiety episodes, depression has been kicked out of daily life, PTSD is not so severe anymore. It’s one of the simplest questions I have ever asked myself, but one of the most challenging journeys I have ever undertaken.

That was how my Atlas experience began, with that simple question. From the moment I answered yes, I have never regretted my decision.

I was looking for that extra 10% in my life, 10% more success in my career, which I had few complaints about, 10% extra in my personal relationships, most of which were already fulfilling and 10% for me, just me. More joy, gratitude and peace for myself.

Since my time in the Atlas program I have realized more success in my career and am now engaged to the most amazing woman I have ever met. I find much more appreciation and peace than I ever did before.

I cannot promise a smooth path, the journey is not always easy and if I’m honest, there were times I questioned myself.

But there is a reason for that, just as the saying goes, ‘Nothing worthwhile is ever easy’.

I attended Atlas knowing very little about it. Thought my life was perfect. Made 6 figures, was in love, great friend and family. Yet I always craved “What’s next?” I wasn’t content. I doubted myself. I had some bad habits to kick.
After explore, I was able to rebuild a relationship with my mom that I didn’t think was possible. I learned how I am truly responsible for everything in my life. I learned no one has to lose for me to win. I learned love is abundant and I didn’t have to compete with women or friends.

Getting the opportunity to do the Atlas Program has definitely been a game changer for me in my life. Going through the program I’ve been able to change my mindset in my personal life and my business life. Before Atlas i can honestly say that when people asked me “who are you?” All i could state was my Birth name given to me, But now if i were asked , i know who i authentically am and my purpose in this Life. I’ve lost so many valuable things loved ones both parents and 2 weeks ago my Dog of 7yrs and i can honestly say that I’ve gained more power, wisdom, love and strength then i have ever experienced in my life. I’ve transformed into the leader i was born to be with an abundance of love to share with the world. My perspective on life is things happen FOR us and not to Us‼️This training is essential for all those who are ready to Really Know who they Are and their Purpose. The love i have for myself is enough to share with the world.

This training changed my life. I got what I went for, AND MORE. I am living the life I want and refuse to settle because I know what I’m capable of and what I deserve.

I personally felt lighter and stood taller after 24 hours. My teenage daughter noticed a difference within minutes of interacting with me. Where we used to fight daily, we haven’t in over 8 months. Now the only thing we “fight” about is how I won’t change her birth certificate so she can go to the next training. She’s mad she doesn’t get to go until she is 18 😂

There are multiple different parts for the Atlas experience. For me, it was finding my voice. I was always a quite kid growing up. I never shared with everyone and was hidden in any group. I realized just how powerful and loud my voice can be. Filling up an entire room by myself with the volume.
Finding my voice, I was able to make connections. Life long friends from the class. There is a great opportunity to find people all over to meet and become instant friends with.
The final part was going through and bring the teachings into the world. The entire experience was so much fun and fulfilling. My group got over $100,000 raised for foster kids in Austin. The small group of 30 of us to bring such an ammount to a cause.
Nowadays, things are so much easier. Do I need to pick up and answer calls for IT help desk? I started doing it before my boss taught me.
Is there something causing me to feel anger or distress? I can figure out what is going.
Any challenge in life feels possible and calming to be able to get through another day.
Each person's experience is different, and I love seeing the growth from the people I went through it with!

I cannot imagine my life without the Atlas personal growth program.
