Clothing good, customer service shocking
Theyre clothing is great, it looks good and feels good quality. However the customer service is honestly shocking. I never like to make bad reviews but ive been waiting over a week for a reply on a refund which is just not acceptable these days. I understand if they dont have the resources as its still relatively early days but a week is abit much.

Zero communication
Submitted a request for a return as it was way too small and no reply even though the request was acknowledged by the returns portal. No number to call and have submitted numerous emails and queries via their website message centre and had zero reply. Very poor customer service.

Great discount on the payday deal. All items are of a very high quality. Much better than other well known golf brands. Im a 33 and the 34 trousers fit perfect. Will be buying again next payday.

The service and trousers I ordered were…
The service and trousers I ordered were great looking and looked well made. The only issue is that the 32" waist of your trousers is, for me, more in line with a 30" waist. I have numerous types of trousers (golf, kaki, demin, etc) and all are 32" and fit well. The return process is excellent and can't be faulted.
