Their customer services went above and beyond to ensure we acquired the perfect piece. We are delighted with the quality and our son has not taken it off since opening his special gift.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a ring for my wife at Christmas which she saw online. The ring looks even better than the photos and my wife is extremely happy with it. I would highly recommend and I will be using Attenborough's again.

Great Service

I have found this company quite exceptional. After placing my first order I received a telephone call apologising for the fact that it would be slightly later than promised. The ear rings when they arrived a few days later were just as shown on their website. In December I enquired if they could obtain a pair of huggie ear rings to replace a pair of which I had lost one. I sent the remaining one and they found a very similar pair, probably better than the originals. These were promptly despatched and the odd one returned with them.

I ordered a ring that the description was wrong and they phoned me to explain what had happened and was very polite and helpful and asked if wanted a refund or not I explained what I was looking for and he had a look for me and came back with bigger and better one for the same price good experience

Bought a Gent's Band type ring with 3 Garnets set. Although this was second hand, it looked like new with no scratches. Reasonably priced too!!

Viewed earrings on line. Had few questions which I emailed regarding. Subsequently placed order on Friday afternoon, hoping they’d arrive in time for birthday the following Tuesday. Arrived by 1pm next day, Saturday. Well packaged and presented.
We’re white gold diamond cut but looked even better than pictures on website. Daughter thought they had real diamonds in them as the way they’d been cut made it appear so .
Delighted with purchase. Professional company to deal with. Good communication. Prompt delivery to a high standard. Best still they were at a great price and of super quality
