The person I dealt with, Anna, was extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end of the process. My application for Attendance Allowance came through very quickly, a matter of only 5 weeks, so I was very happy with that too.

Excellent Service.

Professional, competent, empathetic and friendly. Gave a clear understanding of the service provided, timescale etc.. Regular follow up calls to check progress.
Excellent service with "real" people contact combined with good communication.

I had to struggle for many years trying…

I had to struggle for many years trying to find and pay for help with my every day needs This left me with little or no money for the basics like food and heating etc Then a friend suggest that I should try to get some assistance via the attendance allowance scheme But when I saw the forms that I would have to fill in I became overwhelmed and put off making a claim or application. Then I spotted a section on google that said that there are caring people who could assist with the form filling out. I made the call and things could not have been easier. all the jargon became so much clearer Thank you ElderCare My application came back approved and life for me has become much easier. I can now get the help I really need. My life is so much more bearable Thank you ElderCare and thank you Anna

Attendance Allowance

I knew nothing about Attendance Allowance until I contacted Elder Care .
They anwered my queries and helped me to complete the paperwork . I was awarded the maximum amount possible .

I had an excellent phone call from joe who explained everything very clearly. It was very quick and competent and would recommend it to anyone.It was well worth the fee and I got my money within a month of applying for it.

Facebook find for Elder Care

I came across Elder Care on Facebook and was a bit skeptical at first, especially since they offer a no win, no fee service. But I’m so glad I decided to go ahead with them! They helped me with my Attendance Allowance form, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The team were professional, kind, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me. It was well worth the fee, and I can’t thank them enough for their help and support. Highly recommended!
