Tom arrived on time and was incredibly friendly. We have a small puppy who suffers from anxiety when people are in his space. Tom was super helpful and remained calm and professional whilst our dog adjusted to someone new in his space. Tom was efficient and got the job done.

Paul is very professional and really knows his stuff! He explains things in layperson's terms but also very thoroughly. He is polite, friendly, prompt, tidy and works quietly and diligently. He did a top job on fixing our shower mixer taps. Danielle is always very warm and friendly on the phone and always goes the extra mile to help with enquiries about parts or anything else.
I really can't fault Attimo and can recommend them 100%. Thank you Matt, Paul, Danielle and all the team at Attimo, for providing such an excellent service.

After an underfloor heating failure on a very cold January weekend, Matt visited later that day, diagnosed the problem and sorted out a temporary fix.
Paul arrived later that week, fitted the new part and serviced the boiler. He fixed a couple of longstanding leaks, which presumably had been overlooked by the gas service engineer because it didn’t fall within his tick boxes.

Our boiler packed up and was leaking right in the middle of a cold spell.

Attimo responded promptly and diagnosed the issues with a quote to fix (electrodes, heat exchanger, fan). As the boiler was 15 years old, we decided on a replacement. The quote was provided that day and the cost was on par with what was expected.

The boiler was sized to be optimal capacity whilst being cost effective to run. We had hive fitted, inhibtor added, a magnetic filter and Worcester Bosch boiler fitted (a shortlist of brands/boilers was provided). I also asked if they could do a powerflush as an additional service.

Attimo juggled their work around so that the boiler was in place quickly, saving us a weekend without heat. Their administration, responsiveness, can do attitude and explanations were brilliant. Would recommend the whole team.

Fantastic response to my boiler failure. Matt arrived the same afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running again in no time. I would definitely use attimo again.
