The buying of the filament was easy & it came packed well & as always the filament is perfect . only thing i would like is to have to not Dehydrate it. & one day i might even get one of your printers if i can save & stop getting filament & other junk.. Thank you again.

Free postage and Bundle deals are terrific
Free postage was a winner for me. Individual 1kg spools are sold by local retail are price matched to Elegoo online pricing on 1kg spools.
Elegoo bundle deals are not offered locally so this made the Elegoo online bundle offering most appealing. I bought a 5kg bundle and with the price was already reduced. I recieved 5kg's for the price of 4kg's with free shipping.
I'll definitely be buying more Elegoo PLA in the future.

Its really good and super easy to use…
Its really good and super easy to use so far. I've only had it a day though and haven't really tried to do anything wild with it yet. I'm hopeful that it only gets better from here though.

Beware when things go wrong!
My parcel was partially delivered, and the second part was delivered to the wrong house.
The 1 star review is for the 10 emails I have recieved for feedback, spam and ads. Yet after an hour im still searching for how to let elegoo know I have not recieved all of my order.
Do better!

The purchase of my item was fine
The purchase of my item was fine. It was just disappointing that i had to buy a full print head because the extruder that i actually needed was out of stock. Equally disappointing was the extruder failing so soon on my Neptune 4
