Great Product and Great Service
This is the second time that I have bought this product. It is a Great Product. Even when the delivery was held up for 3 days by FedEx, GaraDry contacted them and FedEx Singapore office intervened to expedite the delivery. That afternoon the job was completed. Now that's great service. Many thanks.

Good product, but be prepared for tweaking for 100% waterproofing.
We’ve just put the product in place, I’ve not tried it for waterproofing yet, but I’m confident it will work after I make a few additional upgrades that should ensure 100% waterproofing. I do think the video and instructions supplied could be more explanatory. I did find certain points lacked clarity. The cost between the next product down a this one (We have the 2” barrier) seemed to leap up more that the other products, which was unfortunate. However, I must say on the whole we are very pleased with the product so far.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the adhesive was missing from your order. If you had informed us we would had gladly sent this out to you.
We always recommend checking the contents on the parcel on arrival, as our packers are only human, on rare occasions mistakes can be made.

Surprisingly heavy but seems high wualoty
Easy to apply. Roll is quite heavy, a testament to its durability I think. Had a massive downpour of rain and this did a good job of keeping the rain out…. Until it flowed over (it was a massive downpour though). Shoudve for the 50mm high barrier rather than the 40. Other than that, very good.

Effective product backed by strong customer support
It’s a great product, online teaching about product use and application is excellent. Delivery arrived within a week with good communication. If it weren’t for the poor quality caulking gun that they sent I’d rate it 5 stars, but they did refund the caulking gun which broke after 10 minutes use. Garage has been kept dry and I would highly recommend this product and company. Thank you.

Great Item
Quick turnaround from ordering to delivery. Previously, I was using sandbags to stop wind blowing debris under the roller door, which was not very effective. I purchased the 30mm Garadry seal kit. Easy to install and after a very windy and wet day, I am pleased with how well Garadry kept leaves and water out of the garage. Highly recommended.
