I contacted support regarding an issue with my LCD-X headphones and received prompt, helpful assistance throughout. Steve was amazing to deal with—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

The issue was quickly identified, a sensible solution was offered, and the follow-up support went beyond what I expected. Communication was clear, there was no pressure or upsell, and the replacement resolved the problem completely.

Overall, a very positive support experience. Efficient, fair, and excellent customer service.

Friendly and efficient service.

A pair of headphones had failed within the 2 year warranty period. I opened a ticket and was able to send them for repair the same day. From shipping, the headphones were repaired and returned within a few days with updates throughout the process.

Bad quality, poor customer service

The right cup no longer emits audio, after 2.3 years it falls outside of warranty, after opening a support ticket I was quoted around £100 for repairs but I outlined that in the UK we have a 6 year minimum for products that should last longer and I expect premium headphones to last longer than 2 years and 3 months. After saying this they closed the ticket without message and I'm now forced to follow other channels (trading standards, independant repair shop).

I would reccomend avoiding these unless you want headphones that don't last.

Great customer service

Had an issue but the customer service was spot on and very helpful. Dealt with Steve and Benjamin, both were polite, professional and knowledgable.

Audeze are truly the best

Audeze are truly the best, my headphones are impeccable, I tried nearly all the headphones in the £1k - £2.5k range, and settled upon the LCD - X 2024’s, which are, quite frankly, insurmountable!

When it comes to important decisions regarding kit for an electronic musician and fledgling mixing & mastering engineer such as myself, it’s a daunting scenario.

So if you’re faced with the same dilemma, let me make it easy for you, Audeze are unparalleled, and even industry God’s such as ‘Bob Katz’ would agree …

What’s more, the after sales care that I received, was top tier, and has guaranteed I’ll be a customer for life!

Thanks Audeze, you have, without doubt, made both my private, and professional life, beguiling better!

contacted for hard issue about dongle usb…

contacted for concerns about dongle usb C which bagotte , the support did not even want to help me. contact of the thomann dealer you have to return the helmet while it works very well in bluethooth 5 ! basically they do everything not to help customers ... return the headset while only the USB dongle has a problem denotes a lack of support correct for a very expensive brand !

contacté pour soucis sur dongle usb C qui bagotte , le support n'a meme pas voulu m'aider. contact du revendeur thomann il faut renvoyer le casque alors qu'il fonctionne très bien en bluethooth 5 ! en gros ils font tout pour ne pas aider les clients ... renvoyer le casque alors que seul le dongle USB a un soucis dénote d'un manque de support correct pour une marque tres chère !

You can tell they care

I contacted the support mailbox last week to find out about a small component that had worn out on my LCD-2 Classic. An employee quickly identifed the part and offered to send out the replacement with RM for a reasonable price. Extremely pleased with this, especially given how rare it is to get quality customer service from anyone nowadays.

This company is insanely insanely good

This company is insanely insanely good. For context: bought a US headset became faulty after a while and I reached out to the UK arm. Person who dealt with my query was fast, courteous and understanding and got to a speedy resolution.

They would honour the warranty out of region. They replaced the unit in 2 days without question.

Thanks for the help Steve, at K & S Dist. This is the standard by which customer service should be measured.

And I bought another set because these gaming headsets are the best I've heard. The separation is impeccable. The comfort is amazing and the quality of the build is second to none.

Cannot recommend Audeze enough

Top quality customer service

TL:DR Faulty product replaced by very good customer service.

I recently got the Audeze Maxwells sadly mine came with a USBc port that was faulty. I contacted customer service expecting to make a song and dance, have multi week RMA. What I got was a pretty clear straight forward experience with no messing.

The experience was further elevated by a rep called Steve who spoke to me on the phone who was vey patiant, understanding, was very proactive in finding a solution and working with me.

They didn't have a replacement unit on hand so we came to the agreement I would keep the current headset for the time being as it did overall fuction as it should besides the fault and that Steve would contact me when they had a unit available.

I expected that I would be the one doing the contacting and that I would have to chase it up. I was pleasantly wrong as within a few days Steve had cotacted me to me let know they had a unit available.

It sucks my headset had issues which is annoying and I expect better QC/QA for the price point but it could of been a much worse experience with poor customer service. Usually I go for a full refund to avoud being messed around but in this case the customer service was top notch and what I think every company should be striving for if not the standard.

A company that does not care and are money grabbers

Had bought one of their products with an obvious flaw in the design. It can't just be a mistake, because the earphones are breaking in the same exact spot for many customers yet Audeze proceeded to sell them without creating replacement parts at all. During the warranty period I got one of the headphones replaced to brand new, but the warranty was not extended. It was only a matter of time before I needed a replacement again and it certainly didn't take too long. Now I'm stuck with their product that was not cheap without any adequate solution. The headphones work perfect, but the design was so bad it broke twice just above the ear cup and now they are rendered useless. So much for quality, customer service and appreciation. Never buying from this fraudulent company ever again.

Excellent

Excellent, professional and pleasant service. I recently had my own experience with Audeze repair and can’t praise them enough. Over the last few years I have used variety of headphones and some can go wrong. It’s what the after sales service that matters the most. The Audeze repair service was top notch and I was kept informed all along. This is the second time I used their service and they have been very helpful and they have gone the extra mile to provide me with some non repair related queries.

Right side driver went silent after 3½…

Right side driver went silent after 3½ on a product that is supposed to last much, much longer. The warranty is 3 years. Disgusting coincidence that i hear many are having. Can only suspect why.

If you are still considering buying from these guys, i can only tell you the sound is the only good part about this headphone. Comfort and durability in the build is not there. even tho it's made of a heavy metal, it bends easy and the screws also gets loose over time and you will have to tighten them regularly. I'm guessing this is the reason why the warranty is different on the drivers and the rest of the headphone (3 years for drivers and 1 for the rest)
Don't even get me started on the stupid price on their exclusive headphone jack and cable that you have to buy again every 2 years for >500 euro. Disgusting business practise. I buy many headphone and are gentle with all of them. This is unacceptable. will never buy from Audeze again sadly.
