I have visited hidden hearing today and loved it so much. The lady called Karen at reception was so friendly and made us very comfortable. Then I was seen by Gabriela who did all the hearing test for me. Again she was very professional and explained the whole process before she did anything. Very friendly approach towards their customers. I will recommend this.

From the minute I walked through the door to me having my hearing test I was made to feel at ease and welcome the atmosphere in the shop was very welcoming and relaxing.I will be recommending hidden hearing to my family and friends.

My annual hearing checkup always good
I have just been for my annual hearing checkup and it was every bit as thorough as my original assessment. Every visit is always equally friendly and my hearing has been unbelievably improved since I was issued with their hearing aids. I cannot recommend them enough.

Meg was brilliant
Meg was brilliant. Explained the process clearly, including some of the potential downfalls ( none of which bothered me ). Took before and after pics which showed how clean they were once she had finished. Would definitely recommend!
