I was surprised by an earlier comment that gave them a 1 Star rating and said they were rude and would not accept a return? I suspect theirs more to the story? Unreasonable return policy! Policy reads "30 day satisfaction guarantee". Was told I could not return headphones for sanitary reasons. I was told "common sense would tell you that" and "we are not Amazon and can't do returns on everything". Very condescending and rude! Buyer beware!

The video review and buyer reviews on the speaker I bought gave better information than I was able to find elsewhere, even on the manufacturer's own site. I bought an "open box" speaker at a great price, it arrived incredibly fast (to be sure, I live in the northwest so it didn't have far to travel), and the box, speaker, accessories etc were absolutely spotless and untouched so I'm not sure what makes it "open box" XD. Very good experience, will shop at audiogeeks again.
