I've been a customer for 40 years,bought my first system from them with many upgrades over the years . Their experience enables me to short list products to audition,many of which I have auditioned at home.Always happy to set up new equipment at home and make sure system is running at its best.So thanks to Jon,Andy and Farid for all their help over the years.If you are looking for new equipment give them a visit.

Quickly matched a great solution to my needs without trying to upsell
The staff were very attentive to my specific needs and did not waste time trying to sell me anything I didn’t need; they were able to identify very quickly the right solution for my needs

I had decided on a streaming device to…
I had decided on a streaming device to add to my Rega amp I bought on recommendation from Audio T a while ago. I phoned up but they didn't have one in stock, however 3 days later I was able to call in and collect it. The service was friendly and very knowledgable as before. I do appreciate their help as I'm fairly new to the HiFi world. Their advice has been brilliant and I'm thrilled with my new system.

Turntable purchase
I met with Farid and within a few minutes I'd purchased a Rega turntable, however I did have a slight problem with it when I got home, so I phoned the next day and spoke to Farid who within two minutes, had rectified the settings on my Amp.
For me its not just about the purchases, its about the customer service, this is a store with excellent support, you won't be disappointed if you buy from these guys

Everything about the experience was exceptional
Everything about the experience was very positive from start to finish. Great Service, staff who knew the products, couldn't have been more helpful in their advice, assistance in setting the item up. First Class would certainly recommend.

Miserable and unhelpful
Miserable and unhelpful! Luckily I had made up my mind what I wanted, the only positive was they had the product I wanted in stock. I got the impression as I was "only" spending £500 i wasn't a valued customer. I'm only posting this to stop the barrage of emails that even have my name wrong!

I’ve looked into this with the Cheltenham store, and while it sounds like you were able to get hold of the product you wanted, it’s clear we didn’t make you feel valued while you were with us – and that’s not good enough, regardless of how much you’re spending.
You’re absolutely right to call out the issue with your name as well – that’s now been corrected on our system, and I apologise for the frustration caused there. I’ve also made sure your email preferences are updated so you won’t receive unwanted messages going forward.

Excellent upmarket Hi-fi shop
I was welcomed and given a full demonstration of an Amplifier and speakers, both of which I subsequently bought. I think it was Andy who gave me the demo who was very friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I posed. He was very knowledgeable and provided relevant advice.

Always very helpful
Always very helpful. I had a minor niggle with a purchase from the Bristol HiFi show which was more down to a rep than Audio-T. John from my local store was on the phone within a few days to check in and offer support if needed. Always really grateful for the service I get from the store.

Audio guide
The knowledge and relaxed nature of the business go hand in hand if run properly and Audio seems that way and all staff are friendly enough and helpful which in this day and age is quite rare but in my eyes the only way to rrun a shop cause I would want my valued customers to have the best experience possible! It’s actually easy to do when thought,effort and dedication are prevalent and I would recommend Audio T to anyone that like high quality while keeping prices as low as they are able

First class personal service with on the bal technical knowledge
John gives exemplary service sorting out our Sonos system he sold us and identifying and supplying the need for new amplifier which was duly installed. Solving TV problem and providing connections to mp3’s

I turned up without an appointment
I turned up without an appointment. I was given a demo which helped me to make an informed decision. I appreciated the knowledge of the staff and the low pressure approach. I would definitely return again to add to my system in the future.

I visited the Cheltenham store in the…
I visited the Cheltenham store in the summer. I enquired about a Rega turntable. The assistant manager took me straight to the demo room. He really showed so much effort to demonstrate the turntable. Because of that. After a long time geeking up between Pjo-Ject and Rega 🙂 and when I got the money together. I came back to Audio T Cheltenham in the new year.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Authentic and objective advice. I was looking for affordable speakers under £2000. Without any prearranged booking they kindly hooked up an amplifier and turntable that matched my own home system. I demoed a pair of Neat Petite Classics and a pair of Acoustic Energy AE1 40th anniversary speakers. One winner as far as my ears were concerned.
Purchase made. Friendly and approachable experience. Highly recommended.

Audio T has always looked after me ever…
Audio T has always looked after me ever since my first purchase from them 35 years ago. They’ve helped me build hi-fi systems which I’ve kept for many years, always making sure that I’ve been very happy before I’ve purchased anything. Nothing has been too much trouble, they just want to me to have a soundsystem I’m happy with. Big thank you to Jon, Andy and Farid!

I found the staff really helpful, they listened to what I needed, questioned what equipment I had, what I was wanting and guided me without that feeling of being pressured to buy from them, to buy above my budget &/or the most expensive equipment. Thank you!
