I would like to thank Alan at Audio T in Portsmouth for his time, expertise and friendly manner, during my recent visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we spent an enjoyable hour listening to music through various amplifiers and relaxing on the sofa with a cup of coffee. I have now placed an order for an Arcam A25 amp and CD5, which sound great!

First time customer blown away with level of service
First time customer and was blown away by their pro-active customer service. Ordered an item online, late in the evening and it was with me two days later. A question I had raised as part of the order process was dealt with really quicky by Aga and exceeded my expectations. Item good; delivery of discount faulty
The item itself is good. As described. But web page said I would get a further 5% discount if I signed up for mailing list. So I signed up, but did not get a further 5% discount. I emailed the Audio T online store twice about this, but received no response. It's not a big deal but leaves a bad feeling when you are offered a discount but it does not materialise. Because of this, in future, I will choose another vendor when I can.

Hi Dafydd, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Whilst It's nice to hear when we've done a good job, it is extremely important to know when we haven't hit our usual standard of customer service.
The eClub clearance discount is an automated system. Once you have signed up, you need to ensure you're logged-in to an account using the same email address. The website then automatically adds the discount.
I've spoken to our Online Store Manager and he confirmed that he received your emails and manually adjusted the price and refunded the difference right away, explaining that it can take 3 to 5 working days for the refund. Could you please check your junk folder to see if the emails went there.

Was told Auralic g1.1 was in stock and…
Was told Auralic g1.1 was in stock and to be delivered by end of the week, only to find out it wasn’t in stock and took approximately 3 weeks to arrive. Continually had to phone was told it had to go to Southampton before being sent me but wasn’t even in the country at the time so felt I was being told a pack of lies, I’ve been a customer of Enfield Audio T for over 50 years and not been treated so badly in all that time a real shame they had to shut. Please try harder next time or you’ll loose customers.

(Live review) Purchased a set of B&W…

(Live review) Purchased a set of B&W 706 S2 around 10.5 months ago on a silly deal I could not refuse. They developed a tweeter fault and Audio T arranged a collection. Great service, or so I thought.
DPD, it would appear, took a shine to them and they went walkies. Now I'm speaker less while whatever plays out plays out and although not said I do feel that eyes have looked at me - just lucky I took pictures and the doorbell took video.
No ETA to when a resolution will be found and I feel left out in the dark - coms, have been okay not the best but okay.
What I do know is, if I eventually receive a refund (which isn't what I'd like) that refund would buy very little in todays money. So I have a feeling whatever happens I will loose out through no fault of my own.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, the member of staff dealing with this case doesn’t work on weekends, and confirmed he would continued with the issue today.
As you know, this isn’t a straightforward collection issue. We’ve arranged to collect the speakers from you, but what has arrived is the original box containing several bags of flour. We’ve now raised this issue with DPD and the Police to try and reach a resolution.
Luckily, DPD have weighed security checks and CCTV at their depots and should be able to confirm the original item hadn’t been tampered with or not, but we are awaiting their reply.
Please bear with us whilst we follow the appropriate course of action in line with the guidance given to us by the police. This issue will now be dealt with by one of our directors who will be in contact with you directly.
