So shocked this morning to have found that the Oxford Shop is closed!
We contacted Rob and Jon earlier this year to see if we could come along from our home in Devon to demo the Dynaudio Active speakers.
We made the journey and they were so helpful and knowledgeable and the products demonstrated where just what we were looking for after downsizing.
We were happy to make an order there and then and a few weeks later after testing Rob drove down to Devon with our kit and set it up beautifully.
We had a couple of minor issues over the first few weeks and Rob and Jon went over and above to make sure that we were fully happy.
We use the system nearly every day and can honestly say it has enriched our listening experience.
We cannot speak highly enough of both Rob and Jon's perseverance in making sure our Audio T experience was nothing but perfect! We can thoroughly recommend the service that we received and sincerely hope that both Rob and Jon's and their exemplary customer service have been absorbed into the wider Audio T network.

The staff at Oxford were very friendly and helpful regarding the set-up of my equipment. I've had a very good experience with them over the last five years.
It is sad that the branch is not considered financial viable and is closing.

Great service from Audio T Oxford.
Called the Oxford store before travelling and confirm the item was in stock. Very courteous service when I arrived and purchase made.

The staff were very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They spent a great deal of time with me, allowed me to make comparisons between different products, and answered all my questions.
