I did not intend to sign up for a subscription service when I placed my initial order for my Alma capsules. Once I realized my error, I contacted Customer Service for a cancellation and full refund. They responded quickly, cancelled my unintentional subscription and told me how to initiate a return for credit for the second shipment. I am very pleased with the response of the Auniva team. Great customer service!

The support team responded within a timely matter. Sent me a link to the place to cancel my subscription and was able to cancel. Thank you Auniva support team for a quick response and resolving my issue.

I was forced to choose 1 star but this company doesn't even warrant that. I am shocked that all of the reviews up top are good and discuss customer service (which is horrible - try contacting them before purchasing - you can't very well) and none discuss the product results. This company is an online blood sucker. Once you give them your credit card info and even after successfully disputing their reoccuring unauthorized charges, they changed their name and charged my account again. This is not the behavior of a company whose business model is selling effective products, its a company whose business model is leeching onto people's accounts.

The follow up was very good a mistake was made and corrected giving me options I appreciate the help and concern I didn’t re-order but will consider in the future
