I'm really sad to give one star to aura print as every other time I've used the service they have been great.

However, I had my delivery ordered to a shop so that I could collect it before the event. Basically the delivery company said it had arrived, but the shop keeper said it had not.
So far I have been in the shop 4 times and rung them numerous times, rung DPD the delivery people and rung Aura Print multiple times with no result so far. The event is now over so the leaflets are useless but still no resolution and it is taking a long time to agree a refund. Auraprint were at first great but then promised to call or sort things and never did and every time I ring again I get told that they will call back, which they don't.

Will strongly consider going somewhere else next time as this just hasn't been reliable enough.

This is the third year we've had banners and our festival's brochure printed by Aura print and we'd thoroughly recommend their high quality and super fast services.

we have used these twice now and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, we placed an order and within a few days received it, looking great! they have a service where you can chat online so all our questions were answered before we even sent the artwork over.

Never having ordered a banner I had little idea about what was needed. I seem to have got the basics about right but a little problem was noted and a prompt call from Aura Print got it sorted.
One disappointment however was the use of Parcelforce as a carrier who took 5 days to deliver an express24 package so missing the first event it was ordered for.

Ordered a PVC banner via eBay and received excellent service. Great communication and an exceptionally low price. Highly recommended!

I ordered 250 A4 folded to DL leaflets the quality of the printing and the thickness 350gm were both excellent, price maybe not so perfect at 71 delivered..

Couldn't ask for more from an on-line supplier. Helped out with artwork issues at no cost.

Ordered 2 products with ease. Problem with Parcelforce service Express 24 (next day service) taking 48 hours to deliver but Aura print were brilliant with customer service. Friendly and helpful.

We've found the experience with AuraPrint a pleasure - and very simple - from start to finish. Using the company on a weekly basis, we have found AuraPrint to be very helpful for all problems we have had, from design to billing. The products are exactly as expected, and cannot be faulted for the printing! A very quick, yet detailed delivery with regular tracking, tops off a wonderful service. I cannot rate Aura Print highly enough.

I regularly order banners from AuraPrint, and the service is excellent - it's easy to order and upload artwork, the price is very competitive and the banners are delivered quickly.

I have had leaflets printed for our small charity by this company and was very pleased with them. So when we wanted a publicity poster to advertise our activities I turned to Aura Print. They supply outdoor pull up posters on a sturdy frame.

They came up with a lovely design using the ideas and photographs that I sent them, although they will design from scratch (which I suspect is easier for them!). I was extremely pleased with the service, the quality of the poster, the speed of delivery and of course the price.
