It’s always so difficult to choose, everything is so beautiful! I have a number of pieces now and get lots of compliments.

One of the posts on my earrings broke unexpectedly. Auree were brilliant in their after sales service. I sent the earrings back, unfortunately it could not be repaired so I was offered a replacement. Really pleased.

Bought russian style ring as pressies for my missus. It was size too big. Emailed customer service asking for return and exchange for size smaller. They were happy to assist and I returned ring. New one arrived pretty much immediately. I really appreciate your help guys!

I bought a simple but so beautiful pair of earrings from AUREE, about one month ago! They came fast and in a nice package, every detail made the experience special, overall.
Since they arrived I were them every day,(I took them off at sleep and in the shower). I have to say that when I placed the order I was a bit worried because normally all the earrings are painful in my ears, but it wasn't the case with those frum AUREE.

I wasn't sure what size ring to order so emailed a request on a Sunday for a ring sizer. It came within a few days with an information leaflet about Russian wedding rings. I was particularly interested in the width of each ring.
I placed the order and it arrived quicker than I'd expected. The ordering process was very straightforward and I was able to track the delivery.
The ring is beautiful, so well made and even came with a silver cleaning cloth (nice touch).

The item arrived on time and was well packed, however, I was disappointed with the size of the stone in the pendant, the illustration on your site made it look much larger. My Granddaughter chose it for her 30th birthday I only hope she is not disappointed when she opens the box.

Delivery good but the product wasn’t quite what was pictured with the length but this was quickly resolved. Amazing customer service
