I was looking for a particular wallet for a while now and couldn’t seem to find it anywhere. I left a message with a description of what exactly I wanted and Chloe got back to me that same day with a picture of the Wallet I had been wanting for years now. I was so pleased with the ordering process and how I was kept informed about my item until it reached me.
My wallet is so very beautiful! The quality is just spot on and is worth every penny. Worth the wait and price
People complain that it takes a long time for their purchase to arrive but I felt like it was a reasonable wait for a good product. Reassuring to have a staff member to connect with and maintain updates. I love my bag and it’s exactly what I expected it to be. Worth the wait and price point!

Worth the wait.
The shoes took some time to arrive and ended up being to big so I reached out to customer service and they helped me arrange an exchange. The exchange also took some time to arrive but that is normal. When the exchange pair arrived they were beautiful and fit properly. I would purchase again.
