I do **not** recommend the Topacme® Night Light Projector.

The product I received is nothing like what was shown in the advertisements. I tested it on the first day it arrived, and the projection quality was very poor. It does not create the impressive holographic or immersive effects shown in the ads. The images look static and the overall performance is very disappointing.

I contacted customer service immediately to request a refund, but they only offered me a 20% refund instead of a full refund, even though the product did not match the advertising.

This has been a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the advertising is misleading, and the refund policy is unfair. I would not recommend buying this product.

I bought 2 bedroom projectors and they were advertised as projecting moving underwater and outer space scenes. Instead I received a gadget that throws a small unmoving circle of light that shows a deer on the ceiling. Very very unhappy. This is a scam and completely misrepresented product. DO NOT BUY from this company. I would give it 0/5 stars if trust pilot would let me.

Complete ripoff. No reply to emails for customer service and the product is nothing like the item advertised. Projects a tiny image completely unlike the broad panorama seen on their advertising on Facebook. The Facebook comments are obviously posted by the website themselves. Avoid.

Please stay away from this website. It is not just selling overpriced junk for 3-10x more than it really costs. it looks like a Temu branch where things shown on the website do not even close look like the ones you receive.
And to add to this, they will run it for some time selling one things and then completelly change design and start selling completelly different things.

Absolutely hideous products, expensive and the products on their website are NOT the ones you receive. They are totally different but sold ass the same, a total scam. After viewing the website this business is a complete scam. Do not purchase from this company if you want quality.

Truly awful!! Do not buy!!! Advertising photos are absolutely NOT what you get from the product. I received only the starry sky cassette instead of that and the ocean scene and it consisted of a blurry undistinguishable blob on the ceiling. Tried to return it and was asked to provide a whole raft of information in order to satisfy them of the purchase only to be told
We can offer you two solutions:



1. We give you 30% compensation; you can keep the product without sending it back to us.

2: Return the item to its current condition if you want a refund. But we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping could be $20 or more. However, we won't credit your account in full before the shipment is returned to our warehouse, and we will give you a full refund after receiving the product. Returning either requires time or poses a loss risk.

This is a scam website. Product nothing like what ordered.

Brought the Topacme night protector - has absolutely no resemblance to what’s advertised- it’s truly pathetic and I actually feeler scammed

Not what was advertised at all, very disappointed. Shows one boring planet, black and white, no movement at all. DO NOT BUY from this company. Refuse to pay refund unless I pay to return it to China and once they receive it they will process the refund. I don’t trust them.

Ordered Topacme® Night Light Projector - Smart Holographic Star Projector.
What arrived were 20 cent poorly made USB light globes.
I asked for the advertised item or a full refund. I have been offered 20%, 40% and recently informed that 50% refund is all I can get.
I have not been refunded. Scam

They promise you something fabulous in their advertisements and then after they have ripped you off in extra fees like $15 for HANDLING for example, then they just send you a piece of trash, good for nothing but the rubbish bin. The item I bought promised amazingly beautiful images to be projected all over your ceiling and walls and floors. What I got was a pathetic image of a moon shone on my roof about 35 cms wide!!! That’s it!! It was actually so bad, I thought I was being punked and was looking around the room to see if I was being filmed for my reaction to this pathetic item they had sent to me. I have never even had any thing so wrongfully represented from Temu. Stay AWAY from this company. They also go by the names Channel Flow Digital Pte. Ltd and Lupoua.com

The product via Aurexvia that "Turns any room into a moving galaxy or ocean escape" called COMAUO Next Gen Smart Projection HD Smart Dynamic 5D Holographic Night Light Projector - is absolute crap! There is no movement of the projected moon or stars as advertised. It is tiny - half the size of a bedside table as shown in the advertisement. When I ordered at the stated and invoiced price of AU$52.97, the amount of AU$$71.95 actually came out of my Paypal Account. When I tried to reach out for help with this, I was told they could not fix the discrepancy until the product had been delivered! This product is now delivered (3 weeks later), and it is absolute crap. I doubt I will get any refund at all! Do not deal with this company!

SCAM, be aware... the worst product ever. they decieve you with nice and shiny advertise and they sell you absolutly shit product. delivery takes agaes , it is a nightmare and what waste of money to these thieves and scams.
