### ⚠️ WARNING TO OTHER BUSINESSES — BE VERY CAREFUL WITH AURORA/EBBA
I am writing this because I do NOT want other businesses to waste their valuable time the way I did.
My experience with Aurora/Ebba’s wholesale/reseller process was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
For approximately one to two weeks, I communicated with their team, completed their credit application, submitted my business information and documentation, answered their questions, and followed the process exactly as requested.
During this entire period, I was repeatedly given the impression that things were moving forward. My account was approved, I received their catalog and pricing, and I was led to believe that I was proceeding toward becoming an authorized reseller.
I relied on those communications and invested my time accordingly.
Then, after all that time and effort, when I was ready to move forward and place an order, I was ultimately rejected.
**THIS IS THE PROBLEM.**
If you are going to reject a business, say it from the beginning.
Do NOT keep someone going through applications, documentation, communication, pricing discussions, and multiple steps for one or two weeks while giving them the impression that the relationship is moving forward—only to reject them at the end.
That is an extremely poor way to treat someone's time.
I am not angry simply because I was rejected. A company has every right to reject a reseller.
I am angry because of the **way the process was handled** and the amount of time I was asked to invest based on what I was being told.
There were expectations created throughout the process, and ultimately those expectations went nowhere.
### 🚨 MY WARNING TO OTHER BUSINESSES:
**BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE INVESTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.**
Do not assume that completing their application, receiving approval, receiving pricing, or being told that the next step is coming means you are actually approved to resell their products.
Get everything clearly confirmed **IN WRITING BEFORE YOU INVEST YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR RESOURCES.**
My personal experience was that I spent approximately one to two weeks going through their process, only to end up rejected after all of that effort.
Businesses have deadlines, customers, orders, employees, and many other responsibilities. **Our time is not free.**
A company that wants to build long-term business relationships should respect that.
I strongly believe Aurora/Ebba needs to seriously improve the transparency and communication of its wholesale/reseller approval process. If someone does not qualify, tell them immediately. Do not make them spend days jumping through hoops and waiting for the next step only to tell them “no” at the end.
**I would personally NOT recommend that other businesses enter this process without first obtaining clear written confirmation of their eligibility and authorization to resell.**
Learn from my experience and protect your time.
**Your time has value. Don't let any company waste it with unclear communication, repeated promises, and a process that ultimately leads nowhere.**
