The business I am talking about is Aura Skin Clinic, 130 Lothian Road.
A very shady company, demands payment despite valid vouchers, does not deliver what they advertise and claim.
I went through Groupon and was told that the machine would leave scars on my face and was told to pay £200 to upgrade to a better machine.
I still have 4 sessions left but they have taken down their website, closed their store in Edinburgh and won’t answer my calls anymore.
If anyone has filed a complaint or taken any action, please advise how do I get my money back.

My product was never delivered. I received a message from the shipping company that it was undeliverable. I email the company who responded asking to confirm my shipping address and that they would resend.
I still have not recieved the product. I have emailed 2 more times and it's "crickets". I have asked both times for a refund. No reply. I don't know what recoarse I have.

Aurora Skin is a scam. I never received the product and cannot reach anyone now. I just went to my credit card carrier to get my refund.

Horrible company- the product I ordered took a month to arrive and the customer service was terrible. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Nothing like it was advertised very disappointed fabric nothing like advertised it is very cheap material they don't lift you up really nothing like what is advertised at all

Noting is true in the advert, all fake I received wrong bras cup its so uncomfortable and useless.

Don't ever buy from this company. Slow and lack of transparency. Put my order on 18 Jan, no delivery nor updates. Sent emails, no replies. Finally, somebody or AI responded my request on Messenger. I have requested for a refund as there is no way they will deliver. Guess what, still no updates or action being taken.
This is beyond a joke and this company is totally a scam.
Please read reviews before buying.

Terrible product don’t buy it does not do what all their videos claim. Difficult to get refunds and difficult to communicate with them. Big scam! Don’t buy!

took nearly 3weeks to arrive and to say that i was disappointed with the quality of goods is an UNDERSTATEMENT
They are not true to size so they were too small
So followed the instructions re contacting the email address to request a refund
NO Reply , instead a messsge from google delivery saying email could not be delivered
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DOES TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

I ordered a pack of 3 bras and they are the worst purchase I have ever made. DO NOT FOR A MINUTE GET SCAMMED BY THEM. I wanted to return them for a full refund but this is what the email replay was "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect "

I got the product from their website during their Christmas 2025 special for $59.99. The USB that came with it didn't charge the device well, so I used mine, and it worked. However, I have been using the device for 2 weeks now, and there's been no result like the videos they have posted on their website. I do not know how they fake them, but I have to assume all of them are fake. I have pronounced forehead wrinkles, and they have not melted away or given me an eyebrow lift. I'm hoping they go out of business or their site is taken down because this is a HUGE SCAM. Videos are fake.

Late arrival, bras poor quality, I ordered white colour got something else. Does not fit properly slides up. Why didn't I read the reviews first. Disappointing bras.

This company does not deserve any stars!!!! I have already written reviews on this company concerning the item I purchased and still no item!! They will email you the same message over and over till they want you to give up!! Now $39.99 may not be a lot of money to some but for me,, I work dang hard for my money and I want what I paid for or give me my money back!!! I bought the Auroa skin LED wand based on their website reviews and Instagram reviews .They are all false. I have used this device for a month no change at all. Feel like I got scammed. Save your hard earned money do not buy

Scam scam scam do not give this company your money because that's all they're doing is collecting your money. They don't respond to your emails they give you a tracking number that has no information and you don't get the product. I have tried to contact them I get no response I have even threatened them with local authorities and better Business bureau and they are a ghost. This is a complete scam to get your money don't do it!

As soon as I put the device on my skin I felt a jolt and a burn. I couldn't believe what happened so I tried it again on my forehead and the same thing. Hot and burning sensation. DO NOT BUY. I am hoping to get a refund, I emailed the company.

The aurora sculpture didn’t work. I couldn’t keep it running and when I wanted to return it I got the runaround. They wanted me to buy a new USB to see if that’s why it wasn’t working. Just give me a product that works! They quit answering my emails and I never got my money back.

Do not purchase any products from this company. Their return policy is a joke and so are their products. They DO NOT WORK. The 60 days return is a scam, they make it near impossible to make a return. Run….
