Haven't received my parcel yet, and didnt even give me tracking number so I can see where my parcel is. Never again ordering for this site

This is a weirdly mixed review, because I’ve got the opposite ends of the scale - firstly, I ordered an AFL tumbler, which upon arrival looked pretty good, but unfortunately failed in the first wash with the print peeling off the stainless steel.
I contacted customer service & they were immediately onto it - apologised & sent me out a replacement.
I double checked the washing instructions the second time around & confirmed my washing method was appropriate, but sadly, despite the extra care, the second tumbler peeled just like the first.
I again contacted customer service, who were again apologetic & offered another replacement, which I declined & requested a refund, which they processed the following day.
So my weirdly mixed review is this, whilst the quality of the products is quite poor, their customer service & response time is EXCELLENT. I have never had a refund processed so promptly, nor have had my emails responded to so quickly.
Am I disappointed by the quality of product, of course I am.
But I am also surprised at their superior customer service - quick & polite correspondence & then action.
Hence the 5 star rating

I ordered some NRL club shorts and when they arrived they were too long and ill fitting on my husband. We thought they were very ugly compared to the photos on the site. They would not reply to my emails personally and when they finally did they offered me a 20% refund. Terrible service and awful products

Ordered a tank top early December 2025 then realized that they sent the package to the wrong address so they agreed to replace my order and now it’s nearly the end of January 2026 and I still haven’t received anything won’t be ordering from this shit mob again 🤬🤬🤬🤬

This company is a scam, the address listed is not associated with this business and is getting used illegally

If I could do a 0 I would. I ordered Christmas presents a month before and got them the day before. Some were to be sent interstate. I contacted them and they told me it was being sent. Since receiving them I have emailing them daily. Quality is disgraceful. Material, no stitching or crooked. I have sent them their own website pictures about their own refund and returns. Finally they have offered me 20% refund I have email back again saying NO. Steer clear of this rip off merchants. Expensive and crap

I’m disappointed as have not received my purchase. It was for a gift but has not arrived . Could this please be followed up why it has not arrived as yet . Thank you for your help Linda( Louie)

I ordered two Storm Polos .. $59.95 each ..

The sizing was shocking my husband is a standard M .. he couldn’t get the polo over his head it was so tight and the length rested above his waist band .. so small..

The quality was so thin it was nearly see thru ..

I asked for a refund told as made to order not available kept quoting size chart which I am still yet to see ..

I was offered 20 percent discount on a $120 order .. seriously .. that’s $24.. it wouldnt fit a 12 year old boy..

Appalling service .. I would never recommend ..

I see lots of negative reviews here I wish I had looked at them prior .. I hope this saves others from spending money at this shonky organisation

Do not order from this company. I ordered personalised beach towels. I received paper thin towels with white spots and multiple white lines through the product. Very poor cleaning cloths passed off as towels.

Did not receive my goods Penrith polo shirt as yet still waiting

Great quality, nice and light material, was kept updated with production and delivery.

I allegedly live in the same state as this company and I ordered and paid on the 12th Nov. Have heard nor seen any correspondence from them. Emailed a 4th time and finally got an answer to say the product will arrive between 26 Dec. No other date just between that date? What does that even mean??? They could drop it off to me if they had any idea about customer service. NEVER again.

Put order in back about 20th nov.Recievd email delivery 24.or 25th dec.Need it by 22nd presents. No tracking number. Thought this was au site.All I have is that it's been in transit.Have sent email asking for tracking number. Nothing.
