Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. This business does not have an Australian ABN and is clearly not Australian based. They eventually refunded the product price after tracking showed that nothing had been dispatched after 2 weeks. However they refused to refund the shipping as "this was managed by an external company." Nor will they provide the details of the shipping company so I can chase the remaining amount. Have reported to ACCC.

No good

Ordered a cat bed on the 4/3:26 still…

Ordered a cat bed on the 4/3:26 still not received it messaged them its on its way ha ha. Website says 1-3 days for delivery. They couldnt care less never again will I order from them

Would have left negative stars if possible this is NOT an Australian Business they are based in China. I ordered the flea/tick collar - supposedly natural but contains citronella which is toxic to dogs! Asked for a refund (as they guarantee for 30 days if not happy) managed to get 3.88 of the 17.90 I paid. BUYER BEWARE other brands offering supposed SAFE Collars & tags probably all come from same company in CHINA!

Terrible!! Rubbish company do not buy.

Terrible! I placed an order and paid for the order and shipping. Weeks went buy and I still had no product. I then asked for a refund because I was getting no response from them about my order. I finally got a response saying it would take 10 business days to refund. After 15 business days I threatened to contact accc/ consumer affairs. I was refunded the next day. But only the product amount. They kept the shipping blaming the shipping company and are now ignoring my emails. This company is fake! Don't waste your money or time.

Doesn’t even work absolute sham

Took forever to arrive and the toy doesn’t even work. False advertising. I’ve seen now that this company is fraud and everyone has given it 1 star, silly me. Will tell everyone not to buy from here. Absolute waste of money junk.

I bought a dog toy P06, don’t believe the ad you see…

I bought a dog toy P06, ad says very durable and longlasting. Well, first of all, the product didn’t look like the advertisement, stupid design, having to unscrew the toy in order to start it and after that, it kept coming undone. After my Cavoodle playing with it for less than 30 minutes, it was broken, really cheaply made and gone in no time. I left a review on their site explaining my disappointment but it doesn’t show up, only the positive reviews show so that’s really dishonest, according to reviews on their site it rates4.8 out of 5 which is not at all the true ratings. Believing it was an Australian company one expected a decent product…Beware of cheap ripoff’s!

Product Not Delivered

Order tracking says the product is delivered. It has not been delivered. Advertise that goods are in stock in Australia but they are sent from China. This is fraud. I will be contacting Fair Trading

Twice the price as other site

I ordered the slow pet feeder. It was more expensive than same item from Asian site T_ _ _
But it was as meant to come from Australia so it would be quicker. It took longer than my other items ordered from the T site. Came with no instructions. So double the price and twice the time. The link to track was useless but looking at other reviews I’m just lucky it came at all!

Where is my order???

Like many others, I am totally dissatisfied with not receiving anything from Aussiewoof that I ordered. I have been waiting for over a month and the only correspondence I have received from Aussiewoof, is that they will look into it.
I have just read other reviews and now I totally regret ordering from this bogus company. Number one rule - always read the reviews before ordering products online.
Don't waste your time with this company. You most likely will not receive your products either.

I ordered 2 items but received one

I ordered 2 items but received one. Their response centre asked me for details of the product which was strange as all the details were on the email showing pictures and items I ordered. It has been 7 days and still no response. The contact number is a disconnected number.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING - SCAM Company….please report your experiences to the ACCC…this company should be shut down. Returning products to China to get a refund is not acceptable, quality does not meet Australian standards and when received are not as described online. STILL WAITING

Still waiting on my delivery after finding out it's actually coming from China, not Australia. I ordered it back on January 15th.When I try to track the order it says it can't find it. Tried to call their number and got a number unknown when I did. Sent an email and got a reply basically saying it's on its way but no word on when it might arrive. Really upset I didn't come here before ordering now.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered the chirping bird and it took almost a month to arrive. The product didn’t work and when I contacted Aussiewoof, they told me I had to return it to their manufacturer in China to receive a replacement, even though this is their responsibility. They also refused to provide a full refund. Very unhelpful and poor customer service from a company that takes no responsibility for faulty products.

The order received was very poor dog toys that were cheap Chinese imports. Aussiewoof said that they would refund the goods but first I had to send them to China.

Works Wonderfully, My Dog Loves It Too.!

I'm so delighted with this Practical Pet Hair Removal Glove. It works great for handling my Labrador's shedding during the season. It feels soft, like a glove, but works really very well. My dog actually seems to enjoy it, since it isn't scratchy, the way a brush can be. It has saved me a lot of time and money.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience.
My order took three weeks to arrive, and that was only after multiple follow-ups. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised.

The bird I ordered only makes a sound — it does not move and does not fly at all, while in their advertisements the toy bird clearly moves and flies.

This is misleading and deceptive. I feel completely misled and do not recommend buying these products at all.
