Booked a visit to the Cardiff branch and received a call from Teya the following morning to confirm the appointment. She was very friendly and professional, and immediately left a really positive first impression.
Over a number of visits to the branch, both Lucy and Teya were superb in helping me choose the perfect ring. They took the time to explain all the different options and carefully talked me through everything before I made the final decision on the piece.
The whole experience felt relaxed, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Fantastic customer service throughout and I would highly recommend Austen & Blake to anyone looking for a great jewellery buying experience.

Great Experience
From start to finish I was given great service. Always polite & willing to help me no matter the query. I really enjoyed the experience of picking up the ring as part of a viewing session. Teya was my point of contact and I couldn’t have asked for better service. My only slight disappointment is that I am still yet to receive any documentation regarding my insurance & care add ons.

Do not use this company
I couldn’t recommend using a different company more. Originally ordered my wedding ring 5 months ago and have only just received it. 2 completely wrong rings were sent and then the wrong size ring. I had chased and chased this company for literally months, sometimes with no response and empty promises constantly. Absoloute waste of time and stress in what should be a fun thing to do. Emailed customer service (as advised by the store) who didn’t even acknowledge the email.

Extremely poor service
My partner and I visited the store in Cardiff to purchase our wedding rings. The sales person was extremely rude to us. She seemed to take an instant dislike to my partner for no apparent reason and spoke to him like rubbish, I could not believe what was coming out of her mouth. She was rude to the pair of us, looking at us up and down. We were very excited to buy our rings today but left extremely unhappy and very disappointed. We refuse to buy from this company and have now purchased our rings online somewhere else.

Incredible quality & service
I'm honestly so happy and impressed with the process.
I had a general idea of what I wanted (was a little unsure about clarity & importance of certain certificates).

Ring got lost instead of re-sized!!!
My engagement ring got lost when it went for a re-size, sent emails for weeks asking where the ring was. Finally ended up calling and only then did someone bother to find out where it was, was told ‘we’ll make you a new one free of charge’ which is the bare minimum when you've lost someones ring. How can something with such value get ‘lost’. Completely tainted our engagement and it’s not something we can get back. My partner has complained but no response as of yet.
