I apologize if you feel unhappy with the service we have provided. When you signed up with us, your score is 469. We have already removed 11 of the invalid inquiries and your score now is 498. We have no exact detail as to how Equifax i calculating the score and this is something that is beyond our scope. What we are doing here is removing the invalid listings from your file and we are already 80% complete with the work. Feel free to call us if you need further assistance.

They were able to remove another few invalid inquiries in my credit file. Love their work! Few months and I seen a huge increase in my credit score. Huge thanks to Karla Mae and her team. Awesome customer service! :)

wow, what do I say, this whole week has been amazingly wonderful, every time there is a lender removed, Ernest always contacts me via phone and email to let me know of the removable, and when I can't make payment on time Carla my consultant always is polite and very helpful in rectifying the problem for me. I also would like to give Gemma a shout-out as she to keeps me in the lurch.
