Read the fine print. I gave it a month and it didn't work, and unfortunately, the 30 day money back is only if you change your mind, not if it doesn't work. The company did give me some tips to try and improve, however as it kept falling out of my mouth at night even after adjusting and re-moulding. Be wary about buying.

Just to clarify for anyone reading, our 30-day money back guarantee does cover change of mind, and due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on mouthguards once they’ve been used. This is standard across the industry and is clearly outlined in our Returns Policy to protect all customers.

That said, we never want anyone to feel stuck or unsupported. We did provide guidance on how to improve the fit, as these types of devices can sometimes take a couple of adjustments to get just right. In many cases, a simple remould makes a big difference in comfort and hold.

Misleading Product

Please be advised before purchasing from this company. I bought 2 laser instruments "IPL Hair removal instrument". After opening one and attempting to using the product, the product did not preform to its listed criteria. Hence, the information listed was misleading. I got in contact with administration, to recieve details on how I can return these products and receive a refund . After emailing back and forth and explaining in detail the complications I was facing regarding this product, I was told that I would be charged a restocking fee for the unopened product and that the opened product could not be returned.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify for anyone reading that IPL devices are not designed to remove hair instantly like shaving or epilating. Instead, they work by delivering light energy to the hair follicle beneath the skin, gradually weakening it over time to reduce regrowth.

As outlined in our product guidance and in our previous correspondence, the area must first be shaved prior to use. This allows the light energy to effectively target the root of the hair, rather than surface hair. Without this step, the device will not perform as intended.

We also took the time to provide detailed usage instructions, including:
• Ensuring the device is fully charged and in full contact with the skin
• Confirming the flash activation is visible during use
• Using consistently over several sessions, as results are gradual rather than immediate

Based on your feedback that the device was expected to “remove/clean hairs,” it’s possible there may have been a misunderstanding of how IPL technology works. For instant hair removal, a product such as an epilator or shaver would be more suitable.

We understand this can be frustrating, which is why we made every effort to assist, including offering guidance, troubleshooting support, and inviting further communication to ensure the device was being used correctly.

Regarding returns, our policy (in line with health and hygiene standards) does not allow returns of used personal care devices. This is clearly outlined prior to purchase, however we still did our best to support you with the unused item within policy.

We truly value all customer feedback and always aim to be as transparent and helpful as possible. If you would still like assistance, our team remains more than happy to help further.

I’d just like to clarify a few details so everything is transparent. We have actually been responding to your messages and actively assisting with your order.

It’s important to mention that in your first email you advised that the delivery address on the order was incorrect after the order had already been placed and shipped. Because of this, we had to work directly with the courier to update the delivery details, which can sometimes cause additional delays while the courier processes the change.

Your first message was received on Sunday 01/03/26, and we replied on Monday 02/03/26 at 12:26pm. In that email we explained that we had contacted Aramex directly to obtain a clearer update and more accurate ETA, and we also provided a $20 goodwill discount code (Zahide20) for the inconvenience.

We then followed up again on Wednesday 04/03/26 at 8:00am confirming that we were still actively working with the courier and monitoring the shipment for you.

We completely understand how frustrating delays can be and we genuinely want to help resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you could please check your email inbox (and possibly your junk/spam folder), you should see our replies along with the updated tracking information we sent.

If you still can’t locate those emails, please reply to us directly and we’ll happily re-send the latest tracking update and continue assisting you until your order arrives.

Wow 🤯🥳🥳 I’m so excited this pillow is absolutely amazing. I haven’t had such a good sleep in over 10years and my new pillow from Australian Evolution is incredible. My partner says I’m not tossing and turning like I used to and I’m so much quieter.
I suffer from lung issues and sleep apnea and now with this new pillow iam sleeping so much better it’s incredible. I want to buy another one so i always have one spare.
My advice get one now!!! It’s my can’t live without item now 🥰🥰🥰

Great customer service

The item works well for only a couple of weeks. Contacted the support team and after showing them that the item isn't charging, they agreed to send me a replacement with no questions asked. I could give 5 star for a very good customer service though. However I have not uses the replacement yet, and will give an update after. Thank you Australian Evolution for prompt reply.

Ordered 4 pillows got sent a tracking number my pillows got delivered to Qld I live in Vic. I contacted them via email because god forbid you can talk to anyone. Very nice email apologizing and they said they would re send as a matter of urgency. One week later two emails ( no response ) one message on website (no response) no tracking number and no pillows 😡
