Be very careful! They will promise you "there are many grants available". Once you pay the $600.... I received leeds for "tradie assist", "mental health", "aboriginal and Torres straight islanders", "tax relief". I wanted help with starting a website/app. They will send you many grants that are totally irrelevant to you and totally off the subject. There is nothing available for me as was promised. AND they insist on you taking a 3 year term to access future irrelevant grants! A total waste of money!!!

I phoned to enquire if I would be eligible and was told I would be for several grants, all the grants do not apply to my business, I requested a refund and was told that was not possible. Do not pay the money upfront and trust what they say, not sure how the lady who took my money could do that for a new business owner and looking for assistance!! It is a scam

Once I had purchased a 3-year subscription, I was unable to speak to anyone about what was promised, which was assistance along the way, choosing and writing a grant.

I was told by the consultant that there would be hundreds of grants available, and they would help me in applying for these grants, This was not the case. I was not suitable for any grant available.

When you phone this business from a no number, the phone call does not go through, it sais the service is unavailable. When you call from your own phone number it just has you going around in circles on a voice message.

I was led to believe in the first phone call that there were were so many options and opportunities.

I am speechless at the dishonesty and lack of customer service.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE , IT IS A SCAM

Hey, after being contacted by a representative of the company, and after a few short questions on eligibility, I was told that I’d ’definitely’ qualify for up to several grants. They then asked for my credit card details… at which I said that all I need from my end is a tax invoice and I’ll process payment. I was told that ‘this is not the way we operate, as we have had people waste our time’ we give an invoice on receipt… my answer was, I am not giving you credit card details over the phone without an invoice… call ended a short time later. And now that I’ve seen THE ABOVE reviews, glad my gut instinct was correct! Please be careful about handing over your details! I think I dodged a bullet on this one
If everything is all good, then supply an invoice with services stipulated prior to charge…

This was not the case. After many emails, finally someone sent me some links to grants, most of which were entirely inappropriate.

I would have appreciated a phone call after reaching out so many times.

I appreciated how upront theywere about their pricing structure. There were no surprises and they worked within my budget to ensure I got quality service. I was initially worried about the expense but they assisted me from the start till I eventually received funding. Every penny I spent was indeed worth it.

Scam scam scam!!!

Misleading information, the only tools you get is access to a portal, once on the portal it’s all FREE information that’s available on Gov websites. They offer no assistance, wrong information, once payment is made they stop taking your phone calls.
I called off my husbands phone and they called him back to sign him up, same spiel. But no call back for my missed call and no answer.
Requesting refund. Requesting recording of phone calls to prove misleading information - denied. Won’t call. Only email.
Reading other reviews almost seems like could be ACA worthy!
I’m a small cleaning business, trying to seek help to grow, they’ve taken $430.

Update: after consistent contact they ended up refunding me 👏

it is very easy to get hold off them to sing up and take your money, $660 then their trap is you won't receive your log in for 24hrs just the time for your money to be gone, I try calling and calling the next day to cancel to only get a voice massage saying you need to log in to speak with costumer support, funny that hey, because they say ones you log in you can't get a refund, 1 you can't call to cancel, you have to log in first, and that's not a scam!!! got through by calling on another number to make out i was going to sign up again only to be hung up on, I promise I am not going to stop and to this scamming company has refunded my money

This is the most reliable grants consulting I’ve come across. I have tried severally without success to access grants but have failed. Grant assist understood my business clearly as well as the challenge I was facing in funding and guided me from start to finish till I got funding. I’m super excited.

This company is misrepresenting their services, their website looks flash but that's where it stops. They take your money for access to a portal showing you the grants you can see on the formal govt grant site. There is nothing more. They do NOT help you find grants despite saying you are eligible for $30,000 of grants per year. Once they have your phone number they don't take your queries they keep you on hold and tell you to log support through email on their website. When you do you give them all info you have already provided at their "eligibility interview" before they quickly take your money. No terms of service available on their website site, you see it once you are in the portal and then their cancellation policy says you can't cancel if you have used the portal!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

If I could give ZERO I would. Do not fall for their sales pitch. They are good. They basically make out that the grant is in the bag if you sign up. I lost over $400. I called back days after signing up to say I was ineligible for a grant, they ignored my emails/calls. They shove you to a portal with almost all grants already closed!!! I don't believe the good reviews here they seem fake. None say they got a grant which is the point.

Shonky! Promise to apply for your grant, then when they get your money, they give you access to a Portal!
