I forgot about my entries because I just saw it on facebook and tried it one time, then suddenly after a few months they called me and said I won a 1000$ gift card I was really surprise and thankful

This is a trick to draw money from your account regularly and it does not cooperate when you try to unsubscribe.

I will never buy a one off thing again as this is what happens.

I have had an subscription going for some time .

I cancelled recently only to have another payment withdrawn from my bank account. I told them seeing as how they took the payment they should reinstate my current status from inactive to active , they did so and took a second payment .

Emails sent to clarify the situation and no response since them reinstating the tickets . No refund for second payment and I've been ghosted since.

Stay clear of these cowboys. They are ruthless!!
Block their subscriptions on your bank cards
Never refunded unauthorized transactions
Never responds to my emails and voice messages

Scammers, purchased a ticket in one draw now have to cancel my card to stop getting a monthly payment taken without my permission.
Can’t unsubscribe without having an account

Went into a one off draw then charged me $15 for that draw and then another $20, avoid

Scammers somehow sign you up and deduct money from your bank.

Entered not expecting to win anything , got a call today I’d won third prize , was transferred the same day , excellent communication

I won the July Mini draw. Didn't believe it when I received the call saying I won. Took a few days to sink in. Great/honest company to deal with. Took the cash as no where to park a new car. I received the cash prize in my bank account the next day. Will definitely keep buy tickets in their draws.

Drawn in second place for a cool gift card. Good communication. Set and forget or go in for individual draws and choose what you can afford on different levels

Australian rewards clubs keep taking money out of my sons account he said never organised or authorises be very wary we are talking hundreds of dollars

These guys are dodgy as and scammers
Ongoing debits and no way to stop it had to renew credit card to stop them

This is one of the most dishonest promotions out there. I entered by purchasing a one off draw and instead without my authority or knowledge they changed my one off purchase into a recurring monthly Silver package and unfortunately I didn't notice the money being stolen from my bank account for six months.
Under no circumstances should you have anything to do with this company.

Do not give this company a single cent of your money. A one off entry, to one of their competitions has locked me into a reoccurring monthly entry which I did not approve and have asked twice now to be removed from. I have received no communication back from the company and am now taking it further.

No customer support, they have started charging me twice a month now , I can’t get them to answer me on emails .
This is looking like scam , they just keep taking money , now have to block card to stop them

Absolutely zero customer support for any issues. I made a once off purchase which included signing up for their membership which was advertised as 'cancel anytime'. When I cancelled a few days later, not wanting to pay for a second month, the cancellation prompt said my account would be deactivated after a second months payment has been processed. I contacted RS Rewards via both email and Facebook but never had a reply from either.

I have sent multiple emails and facebook messages regarding my cancelled account.

They keep on deducting $149.99 every month after it was a once off $1 car entry.

Absolutely disgusting and not OK.

I have cancelled our subscription with RS rewards months ago and $19.99 keeps coming out of my
Husbands account.

Please refund our money asap this is not ok.

I don't doubt that Australian Rewards Club is a genuine opportunity to win a vehicle.
However, if you choose to cancel your membership, they make it difficult.
My experience is it is not easy to cancel your membership and that's disappointing.
It brings their business into disrepute causing members to provide negative reviews.

Random phone call today from ARC.
I missed the draw Wednesday night so a surprise that I was drawn for 3rd place. 1st so close but yet so far, maybe next time!
Always a bit sceptic with the amount of scammers out there but ARC is the real deal.
Received the gift card instantly so no scam here.
