Alex had reach out and personally made contact in regards to the timeframe on how long it would take for the ring to be made and delivered, they had gone above and beyond to the point the ring arrived early and looked fantastic

Buying wedding bands was a breeze. There were enough styles to be able to find what you want, but not too many to be overwhelming. The process was very quick, Alex communicated with us personally at each stage and everything was delivered on time. The rings are beautiful and we’re both so so happy and can’t wait to wear them!

Alex offered me the most amazing service! In all the years that I've worked as a retail clerk and been a customer, I've never had such a delightful and wonderful experience. Our situation was a bit stressful to get the ring we wanted in the timeframe and Alex did everything and more to make it easy and quick and pain free. The engraving was amazing the ring was stunning and her communication was out of this world. Was so glad to contact them!

I have been dealing with Alex for a few months and the service has been exceptional. As soon as I placed my order, he reached out to give me the date when I would receive my ring.
The ring was beautiful when it arrived. I did get it resized by half a size for free as AWR offer feee resizing within a year. That was quick and easy. The whole resizing process took less than 2 weeks and my ring has just come back. Looks wonderful, fits perfectly and the service has been 1st rate.

Alex was absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Almost instantaneous communication, incredibly patient, and an excellent product at an excellent price. When we had an issue with the size of the ring (our own mistake), Alex didn't hesitate to provide solutions. She genuinely cares about the jewellery she produces as well as her customers.
