It’s been months and I have not received my order. When I asked customer service about this all they said was "Sorry, we get so many messages!" Which is super unprofessional. Eventually they ghosted me and just left me on read. So I ended up disputing the charge with my bank.

Do not trust this company! They've been reaching out to people asking to be brand ambassadors and offering them deals when all this brand does is bulk buy from either Amazon or AliExpress and sell it for a way higher price! Found a pair of gothic pants selling for around 115 on their site, selling for 30 on Amazon. Don't waste your money!

They contacted me via Instagram to offer me 40% off as a ‘brand ambassador’.
All items were extremely overpriced (even with the discount)
It didn’t take long to find an item they’re selling for £68.50 on Amazon for £16.16. When I provided them with screenshot evidence they are yet to respond
They’ve even used the same photos from Amazon! Just chucked a watermark over it…

I really like what they sell. They got stylish stuff and Ive ordered multiple times now :) Shipping works just fine, qality is okay but not 5/5 because my backpack sadly already ripped on both sides :,)
Quality of clothes and accessories are better;)

Billige Ware für viel Geld. Eine Mail mit Versandinformationen bekommt man nicht und trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen reagierte niemand. Die gleiche Qualität bekommt man auch bei AliExpress&Co. allerdings für einen Bruchteil des Preises

Was approached by thus company on Instagram making promises that were to good to be true, that's on me. They're absolute scammers. The products are from Temu or similar sites and they over charge by 500%. When you contact their customer service you hear nothing back. And then they're "brand ambassadors" have the absolute cheek to message you over the weeks asking you to represent their brand. When you mention you haven't heard back from their customer service, you get blocked. I've been completely blocked by them now because I took to commenting on their posts about wanting their customer service to respond to me. Don't waste your money!

I bought the bat boots so cute and they fit perfectly. Authentic goth is amazing and they are so helpful absolutely love them and their people

sometimes companies contact you and are pushy and a little scammy. This company is not. They are wonderful to work with and very supportive.

Representatives are extremely friendly and helpful. Clothing had a nice slick feel on the skin. Pants are just the right kind of baggy and very customizable. The tops are amazing even without a bra underneath. Great clothing for active/clubbing people. Highly recommend

I got a jacket in the curve section. I found the size guide very thorough and the clothing to fit perfectly! The quality of the jacket is both comfortable and durable too!
