It was easy and the story line awesome. Took 4 tries for accurate cover photo. But other than that no issues.

The company is basing itself as authors but just uses AI slop to create it's books and artwork cover. While it sounds cute and funny to do this, it's cheap work with no technique, no creativity, and no soul. If the company want to earn the title as author, learn to research, to imagine, to use talent. Not just write code and then call it a book.

It was a wonderful experience. My husband n I enjoyed reading the stories. If I could offer a bit of advice…the pictures drawn never really matched the photos I submitted…and one of the titles did not remotely match the story.

I only gave 5 stars because there were not 10++ available. My wife absolutely loved her custom written book. This company is amazingly awesome.

I created a book and later realized that I could have added my grandchildren by name. I reached out and customer support said that it was not too late so I went back and added them. Then I received an email saying it was too late and I was really confused and bummed out. So I kept in contact and finally reached the right one and got them added. My husband is enjoying the book, it is exactly what I had hoped it would be. Thank you for putting up with me and helping me get the book I wanted. I will be sending future orders.

My grandson loved having a book with his photo and his family members involved in the caper, however I did proof read some of the book and found some errors in grammar and a couple of places where mom was referred to as "him" etc. That is why I did not give a 5 star review.

I have purchased five books total… four for my daughter and her family and one for me. We all absolutely love our books. The quality is great and the stories are great! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered three different books for Christmas.Each for a different member of my family.They all loved it and are still reading about themselves in a fun story.

The covers were great.Male photos seemed closer to the person than the female photo but still great

The making of the book was fun. The cover of the book was great. Had to try a few choices, but that's ok. Almost all the characteristics were used but i was a little disappointed that my brother's "humor" wasn't incorporated more, but overall I think he will love the book. Worth the money and timing was outstanding.

This book is wonderful. I loved it. It will be a Christmas gift for our son , we are also having one done for all the kids for Christmas. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My book first came with the correct book cover, but had the wrong people in it. Once I contacted customer service and told Ella my issue, she was right on it trying to make everything right. She was a great help and had me reorder my book and then she sent me step by step the progress so that I could make sure everything was correct and I approved it. She was wonderful. My daughter-in-law loved her book.

I placed an order but it did not come out the way I ordered it. Another order was made for me at no extra cost. I called the company, as this was very close to Christmas. I was told that my corrected order would be delivered in time, and it was. I loved it, my daughter loved it. I would definitely order again. Very unique gift.

Incredible customer experience! I had a bit of a problem the first try and used the chat to ask for help. I got help so fast, and they made it right! The finished product was even better than expected, and we will definitely order again! I can't recommend this company highly enough!

Everyone was in disbelief when they saw the book. It looks professionally done. The story is hilarious and makes sense.
