Fast and friendly service, they where here when they said, gave the car a good check over, cleaned the dpf out and car was good to go again,

I had Diagnostics done at 2 places, both told me I had a blocked DPF. I booked these guys to do a DPF clean and paid £150 deposit.

The guy turned up, plugged his machine in. He refused to do it until I had a Timing Chain replaced. He spent a couple of minutes with his machine plugged in, and then 5 minutes telling me I had a Ford engine(false) and that my car was made of Chinese Monkey Metal. 2018 Discovery Sport.

He told me I'd get a Diagnostic report emailed, along with a quote to do all work required bar timing Chain. I never got received anything. After I called the second time for a refund, I did get a faked up Diagnostic report emailed, signed by someone other than me. The email also congratulated me on having a successful DPF Clean, when no such thing had taken place.

I rang and asked for deposit back. I was told it would be put through to the refund department. I heard nothing so rang again. I was told 'It's in the small print' Even we decide not to do anything, we can keep your deposit.

I've given 14 days notice to return my deposit and heard nothing. Today I'm starting proceedings in Small Claims Court.

Beware.

Technician arrived early, diagnosed problem quickly, explained it well, then very efficiently cleared the exhaust filter and gave useful advice. All done quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.

When my car developed a fault and I couldn’t use it I panicked I’m disabled what am I going to do I was told you need a specialist not a normal mechanic I found a DPF Specialist. They are professional have excellent customer service and the engineer that came to my home was extremely knowledgeable. That said if you still need convincing they can offer a service known as Payment Assist get the car fixed and be able to afford it too Amazing

Very satisfied with the work done, the auto dpd filter was very clogged but the mechanic was able to clean it close to factory standards.👨‍🔧👌👌👌💯💯💯

Brilliant service, Craig turned up on time sorted out a Dpf fault with no fuss. Others had quoted double for the same job.

Had a letter threatening with court if don’t take review down .. crack on I put the truth and nothing less , sort your company out and provide a true service , my loss of earnings due to you guys is in excess of £7000 so see you in court and I will counter sue
