I had an issue with a vehicle that was known for poor engine performance. Despite this, Auto Claims Network analysed my case in more detail and with a clearer explanation of the law to myself than I receicved form the Citizens Advice and the Financial Ombudsman. Hoshair was honest enough to let me know that my case could not be successful due to faults we could not control, however, the continued support and follow up to my calls and emails throughout our consultations made me feel valued and assured I was in good hands.
