Great communication and set up. Will was superb no problem was too big, he set up and taught and the mower so simple to get going. So many features that time will tell how well it does but so far so good

This review is about the maintenance of my wonderful robot mower aka Fred.
Leon was very thorough, helpful and tidy in his annual Maintenance visit. My machine was very grubby and it now looks like new.
I am delighted by Fred, a great purchase and impressed by Leon.

I had a few issues with my Husqvarna mower. The technical support guy from Autocut was Leon. He was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and issues were resolved promptly. Leon was very professional and a credit to his company.

Leon came out today and sorted the issues I had had with the connection. He was persistent with a tricky technical problem and made sure everything was running well before he left A really nice guy very polite and efficient Very happy with the service

The Autocut staff have all been exceedingly helpful, with good advice on choice of mower and how best to operate it once installed.

From my first contact with Ben in Sales to the installation by Gary and Chris yesterday it has been a pleasure to deal with Autocut. They are all very professional and Gary and Chris were so helpful, and as a widow of great assistance guiding me through the app and operation of my robotic mower.

I ordered my first robot mower, a Husqvarna 410VE, from Autocut, and the whole experience has been quick, smooth, and professional from start to finish.

I made an enquiry through the website and received a call from sales the following day. After discussing my garden over the phone and sending WhatsApp videos of the layout, they confirmed that the mower I had chosen would be suitable for my lawn. I paid the deposit and the installation was arranged for two weeks later.

On installation day, Matt arrived bright and early. We talked through the best location for the charging station, and he carefully mapped the garden, including setting stay-out zones around flower beds and trees. He also gave me plenty of useful advice and tips. The weather was kind to us, which made it a really pleasant and informative experience.

Matt told me I’d wake up to a striped lawn, and he was absolutely right. There are other patterns you can choose as well, which is a nice touch. My lawn is around 1,100m², and the mower keeps it cut well and cut often. It’s great not having to deal with piles of decomposing grass anymore, as the regular cutting means the tiny clippings are mulched back into the lawn.

One of the big advantages of buying from Autocut is the ongoing support. I had an issue with a small strip not being cut, but Matt was able to diagnose the problem quickly and guide me on how to resolve it.

So far, everything has been very positive. I’ll continue to update this review over time so others can see how the mower performs long term and what ongoing support I receive from Autocut.

Highly recommend. Great company - good comms, well priced and sort all the installation and maintenance. Really nice people to deal with as well. If you're thinking of buying a robot mower I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent service from order to installation

Have been a customer of Autocut for about 6 years. Service has always been friendly good and professional. But the latest support that we have had from Taylor has been exceptional. This included the installation of a new mower due to a house move and an additional call out after hours to install a referencing point. Service has been of the highest quality.

We love our new machine we now call Daisy. Will was great introducing and installing the mower.

Even our dogs seem to like Daisy.

Absolutely fantastic service and boy do the mowers deliver, only been on for a week or so but I’m so happy with how all the lawns are looking. Leon was very friendly and professional while installing my new robot lawnmower. He was also very patient and understanding in showing me how to use it. I am very pleased with the way it was installed and looking forward to using my mower knowing that I have the full support of Leon and the Company to assist at any time within the 5 year warranty.
