Autodebit Avis 115

They have been taking £6.99 for 5 months. Each month I contact NatWest to reclaim this fraudulent payment. I have no knowledge other than what the bank told me and an online search to work out who these criminals are. I know I haven't run a vehicle history check as I own two brand new vehicles...no history to check. I'm still baffled as to how they have my bank details, let alone been able to take monthly payments. I'm told I need to contact them to cancel a subscription I have never set up!!!🤯🤬 I feel the only way to stop this is closing my NatWest bank account.

I noticed this payment and did not recognise it. I used the government website to tax my car so they must be using this site. So glad I checked now after reading the reviews.

Discovered this mystery payment of £9.75 after discovering my car was not taxed. I used government gateway links to tax my car after my MOT and payment was confirmed. Now find out that my car has no tax, my insurance has been invalid. I have driven nearly 1500 miles since I supposedly taxed my car. If I had been in an accident and heaven forbid hurt so.eone I could have criminal charges against me. Why is the government page directing payments here a why can I not get anyone to answer my concerns? Everyone below please check to see if your car is taxed.

Complete scam! They are obviously working from the government gateway website and got my details from there. They have just taken 6.99 from my account and I've no idea why! Will take to my bank tomorrow about stopping them.

Agree with everyone else, a complete scam company taking money with no authorisation. Have raised a complaint with the fraud team at my bank, these people have to be stopped.

Do not use as this is not a one off payment, DD taken without my authority!

This is an offshoot and new variation of the previous scam website at carcheckuk.co.uk This website and vehiclehistorychecks.co.uk, both newly formed and almost empty, are allied to the first one, which is now defunct. I traced their location to the middle of a lake in the US!! There is no contact information, address or phone number and the website merely offers "cancel subscription" but personally I doubt they are going to do that. Despite the domain name they do not offer car checks, and we and others have found that monthly subscriptions are taken fraudently.
