7 days ago I made an order....
1. The item I ordered is "in stock"
2. In GT&C it says: items in stock are usually dispatched in 1-2 business days
3. I pay 651,96 eur
4. I get an email saying my "order is on its way.
5. The tracking numbers provided in the email are for some order that has been archived (uselwss, generic, sand in the eyes)
6. I contact CS and talk to AI which provides me the right tracking numbers
7. I check the DPD tracking system nd it shows the parcels have not left the facility
8. I talk to "Alice White" from CS which turns out to be a waste of time (the items were sent / maybe the items will be sent/wait till the end of the week/maybe next week....).
