Gre se za vračilo starega avtodela zaradi vračila akontacije. Namreč pri dosti spletnih straneh z avtodeli je vračilo tako da ti pošlje trgovina etiketo npr. od DPD in nalepiš na paket kontaktiraš in pridejo po paket. Tako pa pri vam gre na stroške kupca in poslexično dobi s tem manj akontacije ker ka je pošiljka nazaj stala vi pa na podlagi vrnjenega kosa še vedno zašlužite ki sem vam ga poslal. Včasih razmišljam če se mi še splača kaj kupit ker že so preveliki stroški prevoza 10€+. Lep pozdrav

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I did not receive my package at my home address because the courier did not attempt to deliver it and instead left it at a pickup point. As a result, I had to pay an additional fee to collect it.
I managed to contact the courier by phone on the same day, but unfortunately he refused to deliver the package to my address. When I asked if I could come and collect the parcel directly from him, he also refused and said that I would need to pick it up from the pickup point, which was a Petrol gas station.
He explained that he was unable to reach me by phone. However, in the area where I live mobile reception is not always reliable. I was at home and waiting for the courier at the time of delivery.
In the future, I would appreciate it if couriers could still attempt delivery to the address regardless of whether they are able to reach the recipient by phone.
For this reason, I can only give a low rating today, as I was dissatisfied with the delivery experience.
