The booking process was so easy. I was given a range of quotes for garages near to me. The garage I chose were fantastic. I will be using autoguru again.

Do not trust them! if for any reason need to change your booking time, then there is no way to communicate with this platform and you should lose all your money!

Hi Mehran, our website displays the Contact Us section on the main page, this is where you can get in touch with us. There is also a link attached to your booking confirmation email that you received which you can click to make changes to your booking and contact us. If you choose to cancel your booking we will process a refund for you. You will not lose your money. I have found your booking in our system and will assist with the changes you require and be in touch! We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. The AG crew.

First time I've ever used AutoGuru to find a local Car Mechanic and it was a very easy to use, fast, and efficient method, which returned a number of local Mechanics to choose from, including their ratings by prior customers which made the whole thing very simple and easy for me.

Autoguru claim to offer transparent…
Autoguru claim to offer transparent quotes from local mechanics.
I was quoted $2900 by Autoguru to change a timing belt and water pump through a particular mechanic.
Instead, and out of curiosity, I decided to contact the same mechanic directly asking for a quote and they quoted me $2200 for the job. A saving of $700.
Don't use grifters like Autoguru. Contact your mechanics directly. You'll save money.
