Thorough professionalism
Thorough professionalism. No problem at all in the claim. From start to finish, never ever i felt like this wont work. It took just 10 days to get my car fully done , the lorry driver who damaged my car with a burst tyre, damaged bumper and damaged door. This claim by ALS was perfect in all sense. Great job. Fully recommend.

Brilliant experience with this company…
Brilliant experience with this company - had a crash that was not my fault and with working away I was worried my travel would be disrupted. Phone call was received within an hour of the crash, and the courtesy car was dropped off the same day.
Really easy process from start to finish and the work completed to my car has been done to a brilliant standard. I haven’t been disrupted once and the whole process didn’t cost me a thing or affect my insurance.

6* service aftersomeone crashed into my car
After someone crashed into my car on Tesco carpark and left without leaving any details, I was distraught that I would be left with the bill to repair my car when it wasn't my fault, I wasn't in the car at the time, after doing a lot of digging and thankfully there were witnesses who had video footage, I managed to finally get my car repaired.
Many thanks to Auto Logistic Solutions, who BodyTech (who carried out the repairs recommended).
They saved me so much stress by handling everything, they managed to get the person who crashed into mine to pay through their insurance (finally).
Auto Logistic Solutions were fantastic, and even gave me a hire car so I could still pick the children up from school and look after my elderly relatives (hospital appointments etc).
Thanks so much for keeping me informed all the way through and putting my mind at ease.

A great company who assisted when my car was damaged by someone unwilling to give insurance details. Their employee Hayley was very helpful throughout the whole process, From coordinating the repair to provision of a courtesy car. Can't recommend enough.

A car accident made less stressful by A.L.S
A delivery driver drove in to the front of my car causing substantial damage. A.L.S managed the claim off the third party's insurance and supplied me with a replacement hire car. You have to supply a lot of information but its worth it. A.L.S did all the mediation with the insurance company and kept me informed of the progress.

They made everything easy but issues with payment
They made everything easy, took the hassle out of the whole thing and I would want to write a 5 star review. However, I felt rushed to accept an interm payment for my car, and I am still owed 400 odd pounds. They say they can only chase this from the other side via email and basically now ive accepted the interim payment I feel the rest of the payment has been forgotten about and I won't get that money :(

I am sorry that you are concerned about the outstanding £400.00.
As previously explained, this has arisen from the defendant insurers releasing part payment of your claim on the basis of the first engineer’s report and failing to note the amended figures on the second engineer’s report.
In fairness to the insurers, they do work through matters in chronological order and have a substantive backlog and so it is possible that they may not have come across the second engineer’s report to date.
Please rest assured however, that your claim remains open with our recoveries department and they are continuing to chase the balance on your behalf at every available juncture.
Your case has not been closed, the balance is being actively chased and will be reimbursed to you immediately upon receipt and you have very much not been forgotten.

Everything was sorted out quite quickly, didn't have to speak to insurance company at all, car was repaired at the garage of my choice, top job.
